  We chose this company specifically because they are veteran owned, which matters to us. Unfortunately, our experience with their estimator, Kyle, was disappointing from start to finish, so we did not end up hiring them. After submitting seven specific questions and corrections to the initial estimate, almost none were addressed in the revision. Items we said we'd handle ourselves were left on the estimate. A gate we discussed was quoted at the wrong size despite us clearly stating our equipment requirements. Two direct questions were never answered. And the revised estimate came back $482 higher than the original with no explanation, despite changes that should have lowered the price. The lack of attention to detail is utterly astounding. Beyond the estimate issues, Kyle made a misogynistic comment to my husband during the site visit that was unprofessional and disrespectful when I was trying to address the location of the gate we wanted. We are the customers. We expect to be treated as such. We have since hired another company that quoted nearly half the price and has been responsive, thorough, and professional throughout.

  Draper Fencing was excellent to work with! Our HOA gave us a bit of a headache, but the staff at Draper was patient, understanding, and worked with us on a solution that kept everyone happy. They were very professional and had competitive pricing, too!

  Very pleased with our new fence, looks very nice and the quality is a vast improvement over the old one we had replaced. Everyone we worked with in the process was also very nice and helpful, highly recommend Draper!

  Draper comes through again! They installed our 6 ft privacy fence 9 or 10 years ago. Our main concern was keeping our dogs safe. Ryan also enclosed out screened in porch at the time. (I think that is out scope these days, but he did a great job.) After a decade, we have a new dog looking for his next opportunity to escape and a gate that needed repair. Of course, I called on Draper again. In addition to the gate, there were only a couple of pickets that needed to be replaced. Overall, the original fence is in great shape, even after recent high winds. That fence was built to last! They were quick to get us scheduled and very fast making the repairs. The staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with. 10/10 would hire again.
