  Chapman heating and plumbing made my day. Had an appointment with another company to unclog 2 drains. They called and said no technicians were available. So I called Chapman. Brandon the technician called right away and arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem, got his equipment, let me know what he was going to do. When I asked him was he a plumber, he said that he unclogs drains. That was confirmation for me that he was the right person for the job. Answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and professional. Upon completion of the job, he cleaned up the area in my utility room, the area under the sink in my kitchen, and the area under the sink in my bathroom. Highly recommend.

  I had a great experience with Chapman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing! The company kept me updated on Brandon's arrival time, which I really appreciated. Brandon was professional, friendly, and took the time to educate me on the proper way to plunge a toilet (who knew I had been doing it wrong? 😂). Instead of trying to sell me services I didn't need, he started with the basics, and believe it or not, using the plunger correctly solved the problem! I found the cost to be very reasonable, and I truly appreciated Brandon's honesty and integrity. If I ever need plumbing, heating, or air conditioning services again, Chapman will definitely be my first call. Highly recommend!

  Very pricey, but they are responsive, quick, and thorough. We had a technician to diagnose the AC problem the day after I called. He gave a comprehensive overview of the problem and solutions. He was able to get a sales rep that evening (after hours) who presented me with many options available. He was able to get the team in the next day to install a new system. Like I said, it’s pricey but their work was of utmost quality. Siding was well sealed, the insulation was high grade, copper tubing correctly bent, ducting was sealed w tape. The icing on the cake is they went out of their way to put a support bracket on a bent pipe on my water heater- without me asking them! They definitely deserve a 5 star rating. Would fully recommend.

  I was thankful someone answered the phone on a Sunday and even more so when I was advised of the price savings with waiting a day. We struggled through the BO in solidarity and Chapman called before 8am to tell they’d be onsite in 25 minutes. They were done by noon, we waited about 30 minutes for the water to heat up, and we were all fresh and clean by 2. Chapman provides the type of service I like, no frills, no fuss, no upsells. I knew exactly why I needed a new water heater (I saw the erosion caused by the area where it was leaking) and I knew about what I would pay (thanks to AI). All I cared about was how quickly the install would happen and that the mess was cleaned up. Chapman exceeded my expectations!

  Would not recommend. Three guys showed up and they all looked confused. I had described what I needed done very thoroughly to whoever took my phone call, and she repeated it to me accurately. At my arrival the guys basically asked me what they were supposed to do. This wasn't a complicated list of projects but it seemed difficult to them. I was in a rush to get to work but ended up being late. I told them I needed my ducts cleaned. They understood that. I told them I need my furnace/AC evaluated. I was told that they were told to only do the AC. I told them I needed a repair or replacement for the blower door safety switch. The house's inspection report said it was in dangerous condition. The tech told me that it's fine, because the switch still turned off and on, and he didn't see any issue. Then I told them I needed an estimate for a dryer vent replacement. They looked surprised and once again confused. I showed them the exterior vent and one of the guys studied it, took pictures, and had to call his boss. He did this a few more times but I never got an update. I was told I'd get an estimate emailed to me by the woman on the phone (who I called to complain). I never got the estimate, just an apology. I received a text telling me I'd be receiving an invoice with before and after pictures from the duct cleaning. I didn't receive this until I texted the tech and asked for it- he answered me the next day. I never received an invoice for the HVAC maintenance, and never received the dryer vent estimate. Not only that, but my husband and I went to check everything out because by that time we didn't really trust what was happening. One of the ducts had piles of gravel in it, which we took a picture of. I sent this picture to Chapman and asked for this to be remediated, but have gotten no answer. At this point we might as well have done it ourselves.
