  Couldn’t recommend Brewer more. They were extremely friendly and professional from start to finish, while also providing honest, trustworthy assessments and work. Dillion was the man. You’re definitely in good hands if he comes out for your service call. After scheduling my appointment, he called within 20–30 minutes to let me know he was already on his way. He was incredibly friendly and easygoing, and he took the edge off the stress of the situation almost immediately. After explaining the issues I was having, Dillion was quick to give me his thoughts on what the problem could be—and he ended up being 100% correct. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold, manipulated, or pressured into unnecessary work, which unfortunately seems to come with a lot of service calls these days. Even though our air conditioner is 15+ years old, Dillion made it his goal to get us taken care of in the simplest way possible and keep the cost as low as he could. I believe his exact words were, “you just don’t know people’s situations or what they have going on.” That was incredibly refreshing to hear in a world where it sometimes feels like everyone is trying to get every possible penny out of your pocket. Dillion was out, assessed the issue, and had the problem fixed within a couple of hours. Brewer has absolutely earned a lifetime customer in me, and they’ll be my first call anytime we need someone to take care of our heating or cooling system. Couldn’t recommend Brewer and Dillion more!

  I could not ask for a more trusted company to purchase my furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater from. They referred me to Wells Fargo and because Brewer Heating & Cooling are preferred contractor's they approved me for 0% interest for 60 months Their service it terrific.

  Was able to get here quickly to check my air conditioning system out quickly and we're able to fix it same day for a reasonable price. Very happy with their service

  Brewer is the best! We've used them, as needed, for a couple of years now. This year they really came thru for us! They were able to come out at the last minute on more than one occasion to help us out with HVAC inspections and maintenance. Where others could have told us a line of baloney and upsold us to a very expensive fix, they provided the best service, at the best price, to a problem which turned out to be much less of an issue than we thought it might be. All the service workers are awesome, friendly and professional, while the office staff (Hello Megan! lol) are just as amazing. Highly recommend!
