  My AC was not cooling my home since last Thursday, Bolls Heating and Cooling came out Friday to assess the issue. My technician was Brian, he diagnosed the problem quickly and told me I had a leak somewhere and a dye was injected into my system to detect the leak. Brian was courteous in answering all my questions and possible costs for repairs. Today I had another technician Curt come out to find the source of the leak. He discovered it quickly and also made other repairs to my outdoor unit with some exposed wiring. Bolls installed my system seven years ago, they are the only company to service my unit because I have never had a bad experience with their office or technicians. They are a great company and the technicians dont get bothered when I ask random questions to pass the time. I will continue to do business with this company in the future and if you’re reading this so should you.

  I just had them come out to figure out why my furnace kicked off, but the technician treated us like crap once again. He told my dad and only talked to my dad, to switch off the switch and switch it back on, he once again just left without talking to the home owner, about the job and where the switch is. I will never call this company out to fix their equipment because they treat woman like we don't know a damn thing. This is a second time we have been treated like crap. They are very unprofessional and I was very disappointed in them 10 years ago when they came out to put their equipment in our home and was giving them a second time to redeem themselves. I just changed my air filter a couple weeks ago. Told my dad it was because of the air filter, that is bullcrap. I'm very disappointed in how we were treated. I will put my own vent in the area that I asked them to do in the first place and I will go on google to figure out where the switch is, since these men can't take a little time to show the home owner where it is on the furnace. I'll call Duran A/C or Hope A/C next time because they treat woman more professional. 😤
