  We've been with Bolls since 2011 and have always found them to be professional and transparent in their dealings. Our old heat pump failed and they dispatched Nick to size our new A/C unit to our house size, gas furnace, and lifestyle. When they install any unit, our experience has been that it's a great fit for us. We were given three options and the logic behind those recommendations. While choosing the right unit is important, it's the service, availability of parts, and product support that really counts in the long run. We choose Bolls because they're here for the long run, too!

  Bolls Heating & Cooling has given us great service for years. Kris took care of our AC issue within 24 hours of our call for service. His visit was covered by our maintenance plan.

  The tech was fine, came quickly on a holiday, but didn’t have the parts on truck or at the shop to fix a common board problem. It is very disappointing to pay a premium for a service contract and not have parts in stock.

  Kris was excellent. He thoroughly explained all he was doing and various options includiing a possible maintenance plan. We were very impressed and would like to have Kris as our regular technician.
