  Bolls was able to schedule us quickly for our A/C maintenance visit. Our technician was very professional and friendly. We will definitely use Bolls again in the future.

  Brian and Chris were great to work with. Regular maintenance call. They were polite, explained what they were doing and quickly completed their work. The price was for the two air handler filters.

  Technician came to conduct the annual A/C check and maintenance. The tech was detailed on some things but not others. I felt like he could have done a better job of looking at all components of the system. For example, he did a good job of checking and cleaning the outdoor unit, but spent little time at the indoor unit. After he left I went and checked the condition of the humidifier and found that was in need of attention and cleaning. I feel like this is something the tech should have seen and taken care of. The particular tech that came has been to my home before and I’ve had mixed results with the quality of his effort and work.
