  I called Chris (Plumbing Mgr.) at Home Sense last Tuesday afternoon to describe by phone my concerns with my home water heater. He scheduled for the very next morning a plumber to come out and inspect ! I received a text message Wednesday morning at 8:30am indicating Max Bridges (with photo) was on his way. Max called shortly after and arrived as he anticipated about 9:00am. Max quickly assessed the situation that I was fortunate to get the 15 years of useful life from my 50 gallon water heater, and immediately went to work installing the new water heater that he brought with him as I had requested of Chris, the day before. While installing , Max educated me about my whole home water filter system, and flushing the new water heater on an annual basis. He checked the aerators on several of my faucets and cleared them of residue that collected when the water line was reopened . Max was great to work with and was a true professional.

  We had HomeSense do a full plumbing inspection and clean our tankless water heater. Alec our technician was very thorough and professional. I will use HomeSense again.

  Jose called to say he was on his way, was very professional when he arrived. He took care to cover his shoes when coming in our house. I appreciated that since we.have light carpet. He explained the.problem with our HVAC unit and finished to our satisfaction. Jose also gave us options and did not try to push us into buying something we didn't want. He is very professional and friendly.

  These guys are AMAZING! After living through many Hope plumbing “here’s $10,000 you need to spend” David M was AWESOME! He identified the problem quickly, told us what he had to do, and then fixed it!!! No hard sell. No “here’s three other things we can do”. He came in, found the problem and fixed it. What a breath of fresh air. You need to hire these people!

  The plumbing technicians arrived on time. They were courteous, respectful of my property( wearing shoe covers) and informative regarding the work, the time involved and the cost. There were unexpected snags along the way which they handled professionally and swiftly. There was additional cost for extra parts needed but I was told what they were, why the parts were needed and shown the problem. Really, these guys were outstanding.
