    Bruce was very polite, professional, and courteous during the service call. Unfortunately, after spending a significant amount of time troubleshooting, the electrical issue was still not resolved. We ultimately had to hire another company, who was able to identify and fix the problem in less than 20 minutes. While we appreciated Bruce’s friendliness and effort, it was frustrating to pay a substantial amount without receiving a solution.

    We have used. B&W/ HomeSense for the past few years. We continue to go back because simply every service has been professional, prepared, quick and fair pricing. There is never a question on what they have done and when they leave you would never know they have been there! With one exception, everything works. We have never had a call back or issue with work completed. They will continue to be our go to service company and I would not hesitate to recommend as a service provider. Thanks again for a job well done! Dale

    I hate to leave this review, but I’m hoping the owners see it. My family including myself, brother, great aunt, parents, and even our business have used B&W for years. Since the transition within the company, their customer service as well as the knowledge and quality of work has gone down drastically. It is beyond disappointing to see what used to be a reputable company become one that I will never recommend or use their services again. As a customer of over 20 years, you’ve lost me and I hope the owners figure it out otherwise many other loyal customers are going to experience the same within the change of the company.

    DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS I first want to say that the men who installed my HVAC system was fantastic.. the sales man (Steve) however scammed me big time. He didnt give me all the information needed. he never showed me a catalog. He never explained to me that it was a modular unit. It seems like he showed me one cheaper model and one expensive model and nothing midrange. The cheaper model wasnt a 2 stage furnace but the expensive one was.. Almost like its either this, or that.. The unit he sold me was the 2023-2024 model for $13000 but when I googled every serial number and found that in total the system cost $5000. Yes, thats without the cost of labor but still. They made it seem like the system I was getting was a new state of the art system. I contacted him a day or two later and asked him to please contact my wife because she had more questions that I couldnt think of when he was here. He told me no because he had a family thing out of state which I completely understand.. However.. the profession thing to do would have been having someone else contact her. Its almost like he was avoiding me all together because had we got the correct information, he were still in the cancellation window... And he ghosted me in order to not give me a chance.. She spoke to him today and he made it seem like I was stupid and that I didn't understand how to use the thermostat when that's not the problem. The letters are too small and I shouldn't have to use an app just to access my AC or heat. He then started to gaslight my wife by telling her he spent 2 hours explaining everything in person to me. that was not true. Half the time we talked about DnD and statues. He never once explained anything to me. He asked me what I was looking. I told him I didn't need anything fancy.. My house is very well insulated. He said he understood and left. We didn't talk about styles.. He didn't show a catalog.. He told me he would write me up a few different options. when I got the invoice it was for a single AC unit, That same AC unit plus a furnace and a premium unit that looked like a minisplit. I asked him about the minisplit look and he called me back to explain what was. He didnt really explain much else.. Just telling me why I would want the style of outside unit. Saying this was the one he had in his home. I asked Steve then about the thermostat and his exact words were "all of the units come with the honey well thermostat except the fit which comes with the one+ Pro" There isnt a one+ pro. I thought I was getting a cool updated smart thermostat but what they sold me was a 2022 unit. He never said I could keep my nest if I went with the cheaper model. I thought I was getting a cool new smart touch screen. I was never shown what the thermostat actually looked like because had I seen it I would have said no on the spot.. I didnt see this at first but when clicking on the links, it takes you to a page that does show it however, I didnt notice it and it wasnt explained to me that I could even click links on the invoice. On the invoice it says One + Pro. Even if I had clicked on the links, none of them say one + pro... I would have assumed it was a different model. Its almost as if its worded that way to make it seem shiny... When he spoke to my wife, he blamed everyone except himself. Trying to tell her to just give it more time to grow on her. He wasnt listening to the problem.. He just wanted to delay for another 24 hours.. I felt like Steve treated me like a sucker. He was very charming and even gave me discounts that made me feel like I was special or getting away with something. I just put new windows, fresh paint and I explained how I just spent a good amount of money on fixing up the place. It seems like he took me for an easy mark. I had so many more projects to give to this company but now I dont think I can trust them. After talking to Brady, He basically told me there is nothing he will do about other than replace the thermostat with a dumbed down one because he didnt actually listen to the problem. These guys are scammers.
