  We’ve had multiple family members use Amerifence and recommend them, so when we moved and needed a fence we immediately knew who we wanted to use. They were phenomenal to work with. Mike helped us figure out the best design for our needs, and the price was great! Install day went smoothly and I can’t believe how fast and clean it was. Cannot recommend them enough!

  Quality of the product and install crew were great. Customer service not so much. Took me 6 weeks of repeated text messages and phone calls with multiple sales reps and office personnel to finally get on the schedule to install a gate that was left off the original work order (but discussed and agreed upon with sales reps). Then I was told it would be another $300 even after referring them to another $7k job just down the road.

  I reached out to Amerifence for a quote in April and they were quick to come out for an estimate. I requested a small change in dimensions before signing a contract. I reached out to the salesman 3 times over the course of 4-5 weeks and was met with “I will send it over shortly” responses. I then called the main service line and told them I’m very interested, but wanted someone who could move us along faster as now it will be end of summer if we were to install something at this point. They apologized for the lack of response and said they would send another person to speak with me urgently. That was weeks ago. It is a very busy time of year, I understand, but their lack of genuine customer service while earning someone’s business is concerning. While I can’t speak to the quality of their work, I am truly disappointed in the process and the amount of people that dropped the ball. Mistakes happen, but once they were notified of my issue, they should have made it a priority to rectify the situation. Total lack of respect for my time as I could have gone with another company months ago and already enjoying a fenced in yard. Instead, I was strung along to be completely ignored.

  The process to get a quote and the information provided prior to installation was very informative and they communicated well. The reason for the 2 stars was due to the lack of communication from the team who installed the fence. They informed me that there were no issues during the installation and no irrigation lines were hit, however when I turned the irrigation system back on 5 lines were damaged including installing posts directly through lines. Prior to installation I was informed that if a line was hit I would be notified, however that was not the case. This resulted in a few hundred dollars of damage which the contract specifically stipulates they are not responsible for.

  The final product looks good and the materials seem high quality. The process did not go smooth. My salesperson was great and had to intervene during installation as the install guys and main center folks weren’t listening. The install folks ran off the street curb and my driveway damaging my sod in 5 places. They also threw their ribs from lunch in my yard, my dog found them so not thrill with the respect for my property shown. I would say they’re worth using, but I would keep an eye on them like a hawk during install.
