  I purchased a fence from Amerifence. Everything went very smoothly. They arrived on time. Did the work quickly cleaned up their mess and gave me instructions for the new fence. All of the staff were responsive when I had questions. I would highly recommend Amerifence and I did my homework before choosing them.

  The process was great from start to finish. The install team (just two guys) installed the entire fence in one day! They were pretty meticulous when it comes to ensure it the fence was aligned properly. It looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier!

  Customer service does not exist! I had misgivings about hiring this company. I should have listened to my gut. My fence was installed June 8th, it is now August 6th. My last email was sent to the sales rep was July 8th. I called and spoke with the service rep on on July 14th and July 20th. I had a few issues related to installation of the fence. Some small, like where they left tree trimmings, some a bit bigger, they didn't fill old post holes in after cutting them off at ground level, and one major concern, The gate was installed so that it closes upslope, which is causing issues with it closing and latching fully, A problem that will only get worse over time. Also, due to language differences, clear communication with the installers was not possible. I had difficulty understanding them and they were not very well-versed in English. This caused a large pile of dirt, filled with chunks of concrete, to be left on my patio. I sent 3 emails to the sales rep with no response. I finally called and was transferred to the service department who had no information on my issues, despite the prior emails to the sales rep. I reiterated my issues and was told the supervisor was out and that I would get a call back the next day - I did not. I called again, a week later, and was told my case would be reviewed the next morning. I never heard back. I have taken care of the tree trimmings and the pile of dirt (at a $100 cost.) I can fill in the post holes, myself, but I shouldn't have to. I will have to hire someone, at additional cost to me, to re-orient the gate. The fence itself is fine now. We'll see what the future brings.

  The fence is fabulous! Exactly what we hoped for. Shannon came out and walked us through all the details, then quoted us a very fair price (the best out of the three quotes we received). The two installation guys did a wonderful job and took great pains to make the fence look “just right”. So glad we went with Amerifence!

  The entire process was very smooth and done in one day. Mike Jr did a great job and made uncle Bill proud as the last fence lasted 21 years and that's impressive. Mike Jr beat two other competitors and provide more style of aluminum fences than the others. Being a repeat custom is seen as an honor to them and the finished product was perfect. The crew that came in removed the old fence and hauled the dirt from the site. I needed some dirt to fill in some ruts and they did that along with leveling it out which wasn't expected. This team too pride in their work and their customer service has been great. Thanks again Mike Jr and Amerifence Team.
