  We had a historic cascade of failures in our utility room over the last 2 months. Starting with our HVAC, then sump pump, then both water heaters, and finally our well. I called Summers repeatedly first thing in the morning, once at 5am in the middle of a thunderstorm, and I was always able to speak with someone, and most of the time Summers sent someone that day. I am extremely pleased with their service. Everyone is super friendly and professional. The prices were reasonable and always explained prior to the work being done. We had many techs come out over the course of our multiple issues, and they all were great! I'd like to specify that Jerry and Luke were exceptional. We now have a membership and are so relieved to have a business we can trust to help us. Thank you so much Summers!

  The technician did not have a clue what he was doing. He obviously didn't want to work on our water softener because he didn't even know how to remove the cover, my wife removed it for him. He quoted us a price of 3,000 dollars for parts and I found the part on ebay for 62.00. Never again

  From company owner to company owner, first impressions are everything! I called and was told they don’t do free estimates on air duct repairs and they don’t perform repairs on mobile homes at all, which isn’t a problem at all. But before I could even say “no problem, have a nice day!” the individual answering the phone cuts me off and hangs up as if I was bothersome. Just lost a customer because you can’t have decency on a phone call😕

  Luke Tompkins was very nice and professional top tier tech. Over all experience with him was wonderful for an emergency fix that unfortunately was caused by previous techs. Luke was quick to respond and fix the issues at hand. Thank you Luke! As for the over all experience I’m disappointed in how my home was left. It started with the techs not arriving until almost 11am. After arrival they left again a little after 12pm. They did return until after 1pm and then left for the day at 2pm leaving my home with no drains. We were told to camp out and use buckets for the evening. I called back to the office after I returned from work and saw that I had no drains and my dinning room rug covered in dirt( we have a dirt floor basement) and was sent Luke. My review is for Luke not my experience as a whole. When you call the office to speak to a manager the calls are directed right to the manager. With all that said the manager did come out to my property and ensure everything was installed correctly and was respectful and kind.
