I called in to get an estimate on repairing my garage door. I spoke with Manny who mentioned the issue may be a broken spring. The technician assigned took this as a broken spring to be replaced without question.
At first, I was not happy. I had a bill in hand, and no estimate for repairs needed to get my garage door operational. I wrote an email to Manny explaining the issues and my concerns.
Manny responded to my email with a couple hours. He not only took responsibility for the mistake, but lowered the invoice for the spring repair. He then estimated the repairs to be made to the garage door to get it back in working condition. I found this estimate to be a very reasonable price.
Manny did not argue with me; rather he owned up to the mistake made, gave me a fair resolution, and an economical price on the repairs to be made.
Manny's quick actions prove his willingness to be fair and prove his respect for all clients. I will be a loyal customer, and speak highly of Manny and DuBois County Garage Doors, whenever anyone asks who to reach out for when it comes to garage doors.

We get our doors here. Garrett Nale is the best. So helpful. Great service and help. Highly recommend over anyone else.
Despite a hectic schedule, Zach was able to squeeze in our repair for our spring mounting bracket which had partially pulled out of the wall and lost a lag screw. Despite the hot garage and tight quarters, he made sure he did his job well, loosening the spring tension, making all disconnections, replacing the old wooden 1x4 face mounting wood, screwing in the spring bracket, adjusting the door and lubing all bearings, including the spring rod bearings and all door section hinges. He also filed the rod on each side at the bearings to make sure the rod rotated smoothly and wasn't binding. Since the old wooden piece wasn't adequate, he brought out a fresh piece, screwed it to our garage and made sure all bracket lag screws entered our garage framing for a secure fit. The original installation had two screws on top and only one on the bottom of the bracket, which is the one that popped out - so he put in two screws at the bottom to make sure it was solid. He tested the door for level, smoothness (including side to side) and quietness before he left.
