Excellent service! Jim was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to come out promptly to take care of my backflow issue.

Rauer plumbing is great. The work was very professional and now my toilet isn't leaking water. By the way I'm the person on the side of the truck!

I’ve used these guys 3 times in the past year and a half. All for separate issues that have come up since I bought this older home. Jim and Brad are good people and they do honest work. Each time I’ve called, they come out ASAP. They take the time to explain to you what’s wrong and the best solution. They’re also reasonable when it comes to what they charge. I’ve never had any doubt about the work they do or have had second thoughts about using them. These guys are my go to plumbers and who I recommend to anyone that would ask me. Support your local business over national companies. This is a great local business. Thanks for the awesome job you’ve always done at my house.

I've used this company twice. The first time Jim came out. Jim was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and fast. The second time, Brad came to service a leak and replace a garbage disposal. He was very professional, funny and knowledgeable. The clean up after the work was done, they wore booties..... highly recommended! Noelle(she answers the phone)is always helpful, professional and she follows through on her word when she states... I'll give you return phone call. If you're reading this. Look no further. You've landed in the right spot. Ps- mask on at all time!! Thank you Rauer Plumbing,
