  We were without air conditioning for over a week due to the poor business practices of another company that used to be very reliable. I called Centsible this morning and Chris came out this afternoon, quickly identified the problems created by the other company’s tech, corrected them and got our unit up and running in no time! Centsible is our new go to for quick, honest and quality HVAC service! I can’t recommend this company enough! Thanks so much!

  I have Lung and heart issues and our air conditioning stopped working so I called this company and as soon as they could get me in was two days later, which would not work in this 90° weather with my condition. Then about an hour later, I got a phone call seeing that there was a cancellation and Chris Medlin came out immediately diagnosed with the situation was explain thoroughly what the issue is and what my options were and fixed it under 45 minutes and now our house is back to 72° and not 80° inside. The company is very professional as was their worker, Chris Medlin. I would highly recommend this company to suit all your air-conditioning, furnace and plumbing needs.

  Our AC went out of course on a ninety plus degree day. I called Centsible and they said they were booked for today, so I had an appointment for tomorrow morning. They called a little while later and said they had a cancelation and could come right away. I received a text message telling me the name of the person coming and that he was on his way. Half hour later the AC was fixed and at a very reasonable price.

  Centsible Heat & Air came in the scheduled time window when I made the appointment....Tells me they're RELIABLE ! TECH was a fella named Chris Medlin...He was polite, answered my questions and solved my problem....Easy fix - Check the Breaker Box next time it stops working...Was told the A/C Unit is 20+ years old and I should consider replacing when it dies again if there's a freon issue or a short causing the Breaker to trip... Definitely will call them again ! Thank you for your great service.
