Brent did a really good job. He called me over to show me things as he we. He explained things to me when the inspection was over and answered all my questions.

Brent completed our home inspection before purchasing, and he did not include this problem on our inspection report. The back door has severe water damage, and we get water coming inside the house whenever it rains. Clearly this has been a problem for a while since the floor is warped and damaged. Now we’re having to get this entire door, frame, accessories and I’m really hoping not the flooring replaced. The contractor was appalled that this was not caught in the inspection.

This is my third home purchase and by far the best home inspection service. A deserved 5 stars, would absolutely use again.

5 stars⭐️! My family and I have used this company for home inspections a few times now, and we’ve always been really happy with the experience. I really enjoy doing business with him because he’s so thorough and takes the time to go over everything with us. He makes sure we understand what’s going on and doesn’t just rush through the inspection. He’s very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with! Would recommend to anyone wanting a thorough home inspection for a great price!
