  Brent Wren, of Wren House Inspection delivered incredible inspections and report(s) of my new home (first time homebuyer). Brent provided great communication throughout the entire process and is always available to further show/explain details (information). He is very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and patient. Having the option to text for instant information like a quote or re-inspection was the best part. I received an immediate response. Brent also made sure to schedule my inspection and re-inspections within the required timeframes. My realtor and I were surprised at some of the issues Brent uncovered because they were not noticeable. Everyone I spoke with about my inspection was also impressed of everything Brent found.
