- BSBranden ShafferAug 4, 20262.0Just go with a different company for remodel. We had horrible communication during the project. Fee estimates were all over the place. Our project manager happened to not work with the company anymore ironically within days of our project being finished. My wife and I had questions regarding the fees and the company tried to initially charge us for mirrors that we bought ourselves. We took a little extra time to pay the final bill for this reason and the owner Lauren showed no sympathy in allowing us more time to review the bill and basically just said pay it by end of day. A simple call from her and an apology or explanation could have gone a long way as they were the ones that hired this project manager in the first place. Leaving a 2 star instead of 1 because the final project was actually pretty decent, just not worth the headache along the way and the billing.
