I was willing to let this go if things improved, but unfortunately it was all downhill from there. Horrible communication and customer service; an all-around lack of professionalism. I felt taken advantage of in a vulnerable situation. Luckily we were able to get our rebuild done more quickly on our own. Go check Yelp for more fun.
