  Daniel from Aqua Systems installed a PureChoice Elite Plus reverse osmosis system for us and did a great job. He was professional, explained how the system works, and left everything clean when he was done. He even drilled through our hard surface counter for the faucet and it came out perfect. The water tastes noticeably better already, especially the ice. Glad we went with the 10 year service policy too. Would recommend Daniel and Aqua Systems to anyone looking at an RO system.

  Jake arrived right on time. Explained the operation of the water softener, answered all of my questions. Was professional. Cleaned up before he left. Highly recommended

  I tried leaving feedback directly with Aqua Systems twice, but was told a manager would call me back. It's been a couple weeks without a call, so I guess I'll leave a Google review ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ First off, we've had an Aqua Systems RO system for nearly 10 years and have been really happy with that. The installation for that as well as the maintenance ever since has been professional and well done. We especially thought Rich was professional and knowledgeable the last time maintenance was needed. For that 5 stars. This year when our ancient Morton soft water system started to fail, we decided to purchase a new soft water system from Aqua Systems during the sale they were having. I'm glad we got a discount because that helped to offset the emergency plumbing repairs that were needed. Patrick installed our system and left without letting us know he broke one of our gate valves downstream of the system. This left us with no running water in the whole house. We didn't find this out until we went to flush a toilet. We called Aqua Systems immediately to let them know we no longer had water since the installation, and they sent Patrick back out. That afternoon he returned only to let us know about the broken valve and to say there was nothing he could do. Because we have 4 teens/adults living in the house, and we didn't prepare to not have running water, we had to call an emergency plumber. We're not angry about breaking the valve - the plumber let us know this happens a lot with gate valves. We're angry that Patrick left without saying anything. By the time we found out what the issue was, it was so late in the day we had to pay $100 for after hours service. Also, the old Morton system was left in our house because the lift in Patrick's truck was broken. He said someone would come by in the next couple days to pick it up, but that didn't happen. It took two phone calls to Aqua Systems days after installation to arrange for them to pick up our old system. I also asked (twice) for a manager to call me back because I wanted to share the feedback about the broken valve, but it's been a couple weeks and no call. Again, I get that valves break and things happen, but don't just leave without giving a heads-up. Better yet, Aqua Systems should employ technicians that can replace broken valves since this happens (apparently) somewhat frequently. 1 star for soft water installation, 5 stars for maintenance and installation 10 years ago = 3 star average.

  Jerry Baldwin was fantastic! He looked at the water filtration system and kindly explained it was not fixable and shared some options. He also went above and beyond making sure the water softener was fixed and replacing parts that could cause problems in the near future.

  We got the annual service for our RO and softener. Our technician, Chris S, did a really great job. He arrived on time, was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and didn’t appear to be annoyed that I had so many. The pricing is a bit higher than the company we used in a different state before this move, but that’s likely in line with price increases everywhere. With tervicing both units and changing 2 of the 3 filters it was $265. Overall, I would recommend.
