  Great family owned company! Donny Thompson went above and beyond on our service call and now Bryan White did awesome on quotes for a new system! Can't recommend this company enough! No hard sales push and honest input from both of them.

  Michael Voet showed up ahead of schedule, explained his plan and had the job done within 1 hour., on Saturday! Great Service, Great Professionalism. Will certainly use Clark's for service going forward.

  Donny was amazing! Very kind and informative. Would recommend this company to any and everyone! He explained we needed a new HVAC system. Bryan came out to go over what options were available to us. He was also extremely informative and super nice. Everything was done in a timely manner. I called on a Monday explaining our problem, they came Tuesday to inspect everything, and Wednesday they were there to replace everything. Our house was 80 degrees for 5 days before this. They left a portable unit for us to use until we could get our new system. That was such a relief! They also send pictures and links to follow locations of every single person that came to our home. 10000/10 would recommend.

  I wanted to follow up with a review now that my new HVAC system has been installed. Cody and Chase were there right at 8am to get started and were very pleasant and informative on how the process would go. Cody took his time to explain the new system and we really like the technology behind it and the app to operate the thermostat. Chase was very kind and thorough with the tear down and clean up of their work. Brian came in at the end of the install to make sure everything worked and to ensure installation was smooth. I did not take time to get multiple quotes or second opinions. From the very first visit Brian presented all my options so clearly that I never felt like second guessing their recommendations. Cody and Chase just sealed the deal that Clark’s is an amazing company!

  Jacob has come out twice to help diagnose issues with our A/C to get a report together for the home warranty company. The home warranty company is making Clark’s jump through hoops with all kinds of proof to show replacement is necessary. Even having to come back a second time for this Jacob was pleasant and professional. His reports are thorough and detailed. Optimistic his reports get the home warranty company to replace both of our units. Also want to give Tyler a shout out for his work on this as well. Thanks Clarks!
