  We received excellent service for our furnace tune-up and inspection. They were quick to respond and get us in the schedule. Our technician, Jacob, was great! He was very knowledgeable, transparent, and answered my questions. We will be using Clark’s again!

  Thus far my experience with Clark’s has been exceptional. Wes from the office is a delight and Donny in the field is reliable and is taking care to ensure that my home will not only be livable this winter but hopefully nice a cozy!!! What a relief. I’m so happy. This day and age good help is very hard to come by and lord knows I need all the help I can get! Thank you ❤️‍🩹, Carson

  Clark's has been exceptional to work. Sabrina reworked the schedule so that someone could meet with me the next day to provide a quote on a new furnace. The comfort advisor, Bryan, provided everything I needed to move forward with the purchase, including pricing that I felt was very good. This was a tall order because I had met with, or interviewed, four other companies. I absolutely felt that Bryan was knowledge, thorough, and genuine. I had a lot of questions and information from other companies that I needed to discuss with Bryan. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Some of these companies work via a high pressure approach. This is not what you get with Clark's. Also, I feel it's really advantageous to work with a local, family owned company.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s clear that this company genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work. Every person I interacted with went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for the entire team’s kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. From the moment I was informed that my furnace was unsafe and needed to be replaced, they went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Bryan was incredibly helpful throughout the process of finding a new furnace. Logan and Brayden did an excellent job with the installation. Everyone I worked with was professional, punctual, courteous, and respectful of my home. They took care to clean up after themselves and made sure everything was done right. What impressed me most was how quickly they got everything taken care of, which meant I wasn’t left without heat for long. That kind of responsiveness and consideration makes such a difference, especially when you’re dealing with an unexpected and stressful home repair. If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, I highly recommend them! They made a stressful experience so much easier, and I couldn’t be happier.
