  I needed New Central Air and wanted a New heat furnace also. So I went with the Gold Pack which also included Heat Pump too!! I called Clark’s Services n Lawerenceburg, and Holly took my call and Was So Nice and Friendly to help me , she set up an appointment time for Bryan to come out and meet with me and see what I needed. Bryan came out and was So Nice Friendly as well!! Super nice Guy!! He ask what I needed and was so good to show me options I had to choose from that would best meet my needs. Showed me the prices with the packages , And gave financing options He was able to set me up with installation for the following Monday! I was so excited I was so excited to To hear that they could Install it that soon!! I was so excited!!😁 Bryan was so professional and so Friendly to share with me about the units and answering any questions I had. Bryan is a Super Nice guy!! I Appreciated Him helping me! THANK YOU AGIAN BRYAN FOR ALL YOU DONE!!! I SO APPRECIATE YA!! Then Monday morning little before 8am, Jesse and Jackson arrived, as I was told that they would. Again, 2 Very Friendly and Very Nice young men knocked at my door and introduced who they were and ready to install my new central Air and furnace package. They unloaded the new units and started working taking my old furnace out an Installing all the New Units. It was very hot too outside as they worked continuously installing everything! I would Highly Recommend Both Jackson and Jesse!!! Super nice and friendly Guys!! They were sweating from the outside heat they Both Worked Hard!!!! They were so polite and courteous to me! Couldn’t ask for any better!! Thank You Both, JACKSON AND JESSE FOR ALL YOU DONE!!!!! Great 2 Guys that Worked hard getting the Job Done!! Everything Working GOOD!!! They made sure it All was Done Right and Working Properly!! I So APPRECIATE YAS BOTH, JACKSON AND JESSE!!!! 2 AWESOME GUYS!!! They Worked and Got it DONE!!! I’m SO HAPPY AN EXCITED FOR MY NEW CENTRAL AIR HEAT PUMP AND FURNACE!!!!! I’d Highly Recommend BRYAN, JACKSON AND JESSE, With Clark’s Home Services!! And Thank You too HOLLY!!   AC in our home went out. Contacted Clark Home Service and Sales Person Bryan White showed up with hours. Did a great job discussing systems and equipment. We selected Clark. Today Clark Service Techs arrived arrived on time an completed installation of new HVAC system inside estimated time frame. Tech Cody Henson was great with the inside installation work and explaining the thermostat operation. Braylan the outside install Tech did a great job installing the new unit. All very friendly. Closeout discussion and information perfect.

  My house got up to 90 degrees for 3 days. These guys were there quick to help! I moved into my first home and less than an hour of being there I realized there was something wrong with the AC. I called Clark’s and they were out the next day. Tyler inspected it, gave me detailed information for a repair or replacing the whole unit. Since it was older and probably never taken care of, I decided to opt for the replacement. The unit came in 2 days later, Jackson and Jesse were there at 8AM to install it. They were awesome! I gave them space to do what they needed to do. They did have a slight issue at the end but did not leave until it was properly fixed. Jackson walked me through all the work he did along with showing me how to control my new thermostat. These guys are true life savers! I highly recommend them!

  Everyone who helped with our HVAC emergency was amazing. First and foremost, Clark's went out of the way to fit me in the same morning I reached out. We lost A/C in the hottest week so far this summer, and they made sure to help us find the right solution for our issues. Donny thoroughly explained what was wrong, and did a quick fix to try and keep some level of coolness while we planned the long-term solution. Donny explained what was going on thoroughly with different ideas for us to chew on. We made the decision to finally retire our 45 year old HVAC system and step into the modern age. Bryan came out and presented the different options and levels of systems available, which I was concerned about going into but he made the process seamless. He answered all of our questions in detail, while taking time to make sure we were comfortable with whatever we decided to do. Once we decided on the best option for us, he explained the process, took some measurements/photos/videos etc., and was able to get us scheduled for the next day. This was beyond awesome and showed the level of care they have for their customers. They could have easily pushed us off for days or weeks, leaving us stuck in very nasty heat. Donny and Bryan are excellent guys to work with, end of story. Easy to talk with, helpful, and delivered what I wanted. As for the team who came out and performed the work, It was Jacob and two other younger gentlemen (apologies, I forget their names). They showed up exactly when they said they would. They got straight to work and did not stop the whole day to complete our project. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint, and the upgrade is beyond amazing. All three young men were professional, kind, hard working, and cleaned up very well at the end of the day. Before they left, we were given a complete rundown on the system and walk-through of all the equipment. I have zero critiques or issues with the way they took care of our problems. The support and service was above and beyond. Keep up the hard work. All of you are awesome! Cheers!

  Last fall I signed up for the membership and it definitely saved us huge on time and money. Last week as part of their service Michael and Daniel came to my home to do preventative maintenance (twice a year) and he was able to notice some things starting to not work correctly. Things I was once told would be good for another 5 years but in reality would have failed in the summer heat this year. He gave me some options of looking to do a quick repair on a model that is about 10 years old or the option to sit with one of their sales reps and look at a new system. While it cost more upfront, it would save us in the long run. The sales rep, Bryan came out that same night and we looked at all the options. He was very good at breaking down all the numbers, the different options and helped answer all of our questions. He was not pushy for a sale, he was very relaxed and allowed us to make our decision after we got all the details we needed. Today Logan and Jacob arrived promptly on time to do the install, and both of the gentlemen were phenomenal. I have small kids who were very Curious, and the two gentlemen were always happy to answer any questions that my toddlers came up to ask. They cleaned up after they left without anything being left behind. They walked us through all of the steps with our new thermostat, showed us everything we needed to know about our new system and where to find information about it for future reference. They were very thorough, which is something that I really value. There was a slight issue in the middle of the day where some damage was caused, a screw ended up in the driveway and found my tire, Logan made a few quick calls and took good care to fix the situation right away and that to me shows how much they care about their customers. They did do a full cleaning sweep of the driveway, yard, and their workspace at the end of the day and happily no more screws. They even sent an extra crew to come at the end of the service to haul away material. I look forward to continuing with Clark’s for many years to come, I feel valued and cared for as a customer. They hold to their word on being honest, professional, respectful to me and my home. If you are not a member I definitely recommend signing up, because you won’t find this kind of care elsewhere.
