  Absolutely the BEST customer service. We called in over the weekend to have my 94 year old mother air conditioner serviced & repaired. We explained the urgent need for the repair due to heat and my mother’s age-she lives at home alone. Gushwa Hesting & Air understood the urgency and rearranged service calls to accommodate such. Service person J Stewart arrived at 8.. completed inspection & replaced defective part efficiently and in a very respectful professional manner. Now that’s customer service..we give Gushwa Heating & Air and repairman J Stewart 10 GOLD 🌟🌟🌟 A big thank you. We give our full recommendation to others regarding Gushwa Heating & Air.   10 STARS for GUSHWA HEATING & AIR, LLC. THE MOST HONEST COMPANY. Justin is a BRILLANT man ! He really knows his job. He fixed our furnace within 15 minutes after he got here. Then he took the time to answer all our questions. Why go with the other big box store ~ HVAC companies that use scare tatics to pressure you into buying a new HVAC system. Gushwa is down to earth, honest and priced well. Do yourself a favor and save money with Gushwa. On time, great customer same day service. I will always use Gushwa for our HVAC needs. I promise you can't go wrong with this company ! My beloved Dad, Richard Smith, God rest his soul, was right ! They are simply the best in the Michiana area.   If you decide to enter into an agreement with this company be sure to get it in writing. I would never do business with Gushwa again.
