  Two Brothers to the Rescue!!! We can’t begin to thank Two Brothers and especially Mitch and Carmen for all their help with our new generator. We had hired a contractor to furnish and install a whole house Generac Generator and ended up with a huge mess. The contractor told us they had finished installation, the generator was working, and they were done. They then informed us that they didn’t handle service or warranty on the generator so we would need to contact another company. Luckily we contacted Two Brothers and Mitch came out to make sure everything was correct. Mitch had to tell us the generator was not installed correctly -- it was 5” from the garage wall (a fire hazard) as it was required to be a minimum of 18” to the back of the generator and at least 3 ft from any opening to our house (because of exhaust hazard) which it did not meet. Mitch was so helpful. We discussed our options on where to move the generator which ended up being several feet away from its location. The original contractor was notified of their error and finally agreed to move the unit and associated gas and power lines. Once that was completed Mitch again came out (at no charge) to make sure everything was completed correctly. At this stage we find out that the original contractor had not estimated how large our gas meter needed to be to serve our house if we had a power outage. Mitch walked us through the estimation of gas needed for our home, appliances, and the generator and that our current meter was not large enough. NIPSCO was contacted to install a larger meter. Once that was completed, Mitch came out again (and again at No Charge) and checked out the install and finally we had the OK to start the generator. Mitch then contacted Generac to set up our warranty and maintenance agreements and showed us how the Generac app worked and what information it would tell us. He also set up the weekly test runs on the generator. Mitch and Carmen were a God send and we can’t thank them enough for all of their help. We had a huge fiasco on our hands and thanks to them we now have a working generator! Thank you Two Brothers!! You were always there when we called and were so helpful and great to work with!   Mitch (sales), Adrian (install), and the team were excellent to work with. best pricing I found and everything from start to finish was handled with courtesy and professionalism. --- God's grace that they installed the day before we're expected to get hammered with severe weather... We're ready, come what may. ;)

  Mitch was very personable and polite. Carmen also is was very knowledgeable in answering our questions and was very helpful on getting us our extended warranty. The gentlemen that installed the generator plus the switch box also was polite and was not afraid to answer my questions. After the generator was installed the installer took his time to explained how it worked and helped me get online so we could get alerts when it starts to exercise and when it it ready to run . Our overall experience with 2 Brothers Generators was awesome. We will definitely tell others about them. Thank you so much 2Brothers Generators for all you have done to make this a good process.
