  Brandon and his team were great! After calling local companies in my area, including the people who installed the original door, I ended up choosing Culp Door due to pricing and customer service. My garage door looks great and functions wonderful. If you’re looking for the type of place where there’s no gimmicks, pushy sales people, this is your place to go. I highly recommend Culp Door for sales and service.

  We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Brandon at Culp Door! Our garage doors were installed in late 2020, and one of the springs recently broke. Brandon explained that because the doors were installed during the COVID supply chain issues, the springs had been sourced from overseas and weren’t the same quality they normally use. After replacing the broken spring, he proactively replaced the spring on my husband’s door as well, knowing it would likely fail soon. That kind of honesty and preventative service is hard to find. Even though he arrived late in the day, he took the time to thoroughly assess the problem, stayed until everything was completed, and made sure both doors were working perfectly. The price was extremely fair, and the workmanship was outstanding. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly stands behind its products and puts its customers first. Brandon went above and beyond, and we highly recommend Culp Door for their professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I woke up to a broken garage door spring and called early that morning. They immediately reassured me that they could get me on the schedule the same day. I’m pretty sure I was their last service call of the day, but Brandon arrived around 5:30 PM and got right to work replacing both springs. Even though it was after normal working hours, he never rushed the job. He took his time, made sure everything was done correctly, and thoroughly checked that the door was operating properly before leaving. He also took the time to explain how to extend the life of both the springs and the garage door itself. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare, especially when those tips could potentially reduce future service calls. Outstanding company, outstanding employee, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair or service.

  Lost a remote to an older garage door opener and tried three different replacements from several different outlets. None programmed. Brandon came out and found the remote to get the program to take. Both Ashley and Brandon’s persistence and patience (along with my own) were stellar! They ARE the go-to people if you want EXCELLENCE!
