  This company as well as the employees working for them is outstanding! Logan has been our technician since we moved into our home a year ago. So far, he has done 2 furnace checks as well as a spring air conditioner check/mtn. On each visit, he has been personable, knowledgeable, and efficient! It's refreshing "these days" to see someone who takes pride in their work, and who you can tell loves what they do! I highly recommend Dugan and their entire team! *I am always even impressed when I call to make an appt, the gal who answers the phone is always so friendly and helpful! Consistently great experiences from beginning to end!

  Was surprised to get same day service which was incredible that they had the availability for someone to check my HVAC unit. Brad was awesome! Checked everything over found the issue and had a quick fix that ended up working. He also let me know something else he found that may need attention in the near future.

  Mark called before arrival and was on time. The appointment was for my fall, furnace inspection and he explained what he found and the adjustments that he made as well as potential problems that could be addressed at this time or what to watch for over the coming heating season. I was extremely happy with my service.

  Inflexible and poor availability for maintenance visits. I signed up for the Gold Membership Club and needed to reschedule my heating maintenance visit. Originally scheduled for late October. Could not reschedule until February, 4 months later. Poor way to prioritize customers that spent a lot and signed up for a "gold" experience.
