  From quote to installation of our Mitsubishi system, we had a remarkable experience with Dugan Air! We were fortunate to work with Dan, the owner, on our quote. He was prompt, friendly, thorough, and very professional. We were quoted a very reasonable price (which included a courtesy discount and yearly service plan) on a Tuesday and the work was completed the following Monday. No waiting 6 - 8 weeks like some other contractors! The company’s communication with us was excellent as we received text message reminders of our scheduled consultation and install appointments as well as from the technicians when they were on their way to our house. Their pictures were included with the texts, which I thought was a nice touch and a nod towards assuring customers that the technicians who show up are legit. Our technicians, Benji and Carson, were amazing representatives of the company! They were equally polite and thorough…and they even showed up with a cute customer appreciation gift basket for us! They went out of their way to keep our home clean by wearing shoe covers and putting down tarps to avoid tracking in dirt. They left the work area so clean that you wouldn’t have known they were there! They were very skilled at the install and made sure to train us on the new system and answer any questions. I’m so glad we chose Dugan and are especially happy that they are locally owned and a part of our community! I highly recommend them and plan on using them for any HVAC needs in the future!

  Very respectful of myself as well as my property. Did a very thorough check and I watched all of it and he explained everything he was doing in language that I could understand. He offered obligatory upgrades and other things that I might be interested in but pushed nothing which made me happy because I would not like it at all if somebody pushed me to upgrade

  These guys do exceptional work. I was 8n need of a couple of ductless mini splits in my carriage house, and Dugan was able to get me quoted and installed within 72 business hours. I am really happy with the crew, the install, the product, and the price was reasonable. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I would definitely work with them again.

  Thanks to Dugan Air, after experiencing a very complicated breakdown and after a couple of days sorting through it my system is working like new. I want to thank Logan my tech for his skills, demeanor and dogged determination in solving this difficult problem, he never gave up. I even received a reassuring phone call from Dan Dugan who readily answered my questions. This is a top notch company that lives up to their moniker “ no shenanigans “!

  Felt as if Mark didn't provide adequate resolution to solve our issue. He seemed perplexed and not sure of what to address to solve the fan motor not turning issue. Look at all kinds of things and final recommendations was to spend $5500 to address the issue, didn't even check the freon in the service call. Very disappointed.
