Exceptional coordination and communication. The new roof was installed in one day and is beautiful. The most impressive aspect of this company is the customer education provided prior to purchase with explanation and guidance throughout the installation process. They are more expensive than some others; however, the expense is worth the quality and peace of mind knowing a professional job has been done.

Crew operated like a well oiled machine. Everyone acted like a cog in that machine. Very efficient and fast. Took one day to remove old shingles, lay new osb underlayment,, heavy tarpaper & shingles. Before dusk they had cleaned everything up and were gone. After several days I have yet to find any debris left behind. Super great and professional job men!!!

Everyone on this team did a fantastic job starting with our inspection, they shared honest information and worked with our finances to find the best solution for our roof. I would highly recommend this company, they take great care of your property and provide you feedback throughout the process. During the final walkthrough they even want to make sure that they don’t miss any debris after clean up.

TruChoice called me in response to a service request. The scheduler was polite and professional. The appointment was made for 10:00am the following morning. Thirty three minutes prior to the show time I received an automated text canceling the appointment claiming the appointment wasn’t confirmed. I called the company and was informed that they had a glitch in their system and asked me to reschedule for another day. If I can’t trust them keep a simple appointment then I won’t trust them to put on a quality roof.

Absolutely Incredible Experience with TruChoice Roofing! I honestly cannot say enough great things about TruChoice Roofing and the incredible job they did on our home! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely amazing. They completely transformed our house with new siding, soffit and fascia, gutters, and downspouts, and we could not be happier with how everything turned out! The entire crew was extremely fast, efficient, professional, and respectful. It was honestly impressive to see how quickly they worked while still paying such close attention to detail and making sure everything was done properly. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous, and you could tell that they genuinely cared about doing a great job. One of the things that stood out the most to us was the communication. Every employee we dealt with was super nice and more than willing to answer any and every question we had. We never felt like we were bothering anyone or left wondering what was happening. Everyone was happy to explain things, keep us informed, and make sure we were comfortable with the process. A huge shoutout to Shane, the manager, who was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the entire project. Shane kept us updated with photos and text messages throughout the day, which made a huge difference. We always knew what was going on, what had been completed, and what was happening next. That level of communication and attention made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The professionalism from the entire team was truly outstanding. From the first interaction all the way through completion, everyone was helpful, friendly, respectful, and professional. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly, answered our questions, and made sure we were happy with the work. Our house looks absolutely amazing, and we are beyond thrilled with the finished product. The new siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts have completely changed the look of our home, and the quality of the work really shows. If you’re considering having work done on your home, I would 100% recommend TruChoice Roofing. Their workmanship, communication, efficiency, professionalism, and customer service were all exceptional. It is not often that you get a company where every single person you encounter is genuinely kind, helpful, and professional, but that was absolutely our experience with TruChoice. Thank you to the entire TruChoice Roofing team, and especially Shane, for making this such an incredible experience! We couldn’t be happier with our home and the work you did. Truly an outstanding company and an outstanding team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
