  TruChoice was highly recommend to me by a local architect. So I got on their website to request a quote. As soon as those quick quotes came back, my phone rang. It was TruChoice calling to schedule an in person meeting to do an inspection of my roof to give me an accurate quote. My wonderful experience with TruChoice Roofing started with Alex who came to my home and did a thorough inspection. He explained all my options in detail and gave me honest advice. I didn't feel rushed or pressure to sign right then. I let him know I was getting another quote in a week. Then a few days later, I received a text from Megan following up on my meeting with Alex. We chatted back and forth and she was very knowledgeable of her company, their practices and their product. After the great interactions with these two individuals, I decided to use TruChoice Roofing. I decided Monday evening after 8pm, Tuesday afternoon my roofing supplies were delivered, Tuesday evening the dumpster was delivered. The crew showed up at 6:30am on Wednesday and they were cleaned up and finished by 10:30am and the dumpster was hauled away at 1pm. Everyone on site was very respectful and polite. I had to go in and out of my house a couple of times and they made sure they stopped working while I did, so I wasn't accidently injured. I spoke to Mervin, the TruChoice representative on site, when they were finished and I had an excellent interaction with him too. My HOA had questions for him while he was on site and he helped them with all of their concerns. They were very happy with him and his professionalism and knowledge. All that being said, my new shingles look great on my roof too!

  Mauricio was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and on time. His presentation was spot on. We communicated with the owner and his partner and they offered some very interesting payment options that none of the other companies I talked to offered, and came in with a price and plan that fit right into my wants and desires. I highly recommend all parties involved. It’s nice to see people work as a team. Can’t wait for the job to start. I feel very confident in choosing them to install new siding on my home.   Sheila came out to give me a quote for a new roof. She was fantastic and explained everything very thoroughly. She was great with my nice so friendly. Very respectful of my dog and home. 100% recommend!!!! Seath and his crew came out 2 days after my initial quote. They arrived early and did a great job. They not only got my new roof on in one day, but were very respectful of my property as well as my dogs. They made sure we could get out of the house every time the dogs needed out. The crew was thorough in cleaning up as well. The roof looks great and the new gutters are a good addition to my home. Would recommend Tru Choice Roofing!!!

  We contacted TruChoice Roofing about an issue we were having, and was connected with Josiah O’ Deens about the repair. Josiah was very professional and sat down with me and explained what would need to be done. Very professional and friendly. He treated me as if I were family. Josiah had Seath from TruChoice Roofing come out and review and repair my house. When I met Seath he was very polite and professional. Seath’s work looks amazing and now I am no longer embarrassed to look at my house. Neither fellas cut corners, and did it right. TruChoice does it right, and hires professional and friendly people. I’ll be using them again if I need to. Thank you Josiah and Seath!

  I am beyond thrilled with my new roof! From start to finish, Seath and his team were absolutely incredible. Everything was clearly explained to me up front, and they followed through on every single promise. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. I was honestly expecting noise, chaos, and the smell of tar all day, but it was the complete opposite. I also want to mention how great the experience was from the very beginning. The woman I first spoke with on the phone (I believe her name is Reye, sorry if I’m misspelling it!) was so kind, helpful, and easy to work with. She made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free right from the start. Josiah came out to meet with me, and I can’t say enough good things about him. I told him I needed my hand held through the process, and he truly did just that. He was so patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. That meant so much to me. What really stood out was how meticulous and respectful the crew was. They took the time to thoroughly clean my yard, making sure there were no nails or debris left behind. Even after the dumpster was picked up, Seath stayed behind to double-check my driveway and ensure everything was completely clean and safe. I also appreciated the communication throughout the job. When a tree branch needed to be cut, Seath didn’t assume—he asked for my permission first. That level of respect meant a lot. Even my neighbors came over to comment on how impressed they were with the professionalism and efficiency of the crew. I truly could go on and on about how pleased I am. The quality of work, attention to detail, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Seath, Josiah, and the entire team!
