  You guys were very prompt on your timeframe but the same equipment that go with the flow has that you have they got it unclogged so I’m giving you five stars because you’re very prompt and and tried your best to get it on clogged my sewer drain but other than that I would give you one star for not unclogging it. And because of it not unclogging it, I didn’t have to pay anything so that was a great thing. Thanks again

  Keith is a very polite and funny guy. Him and his helper, sorry I forgot his name. Ran into a couple snags redoing my pipes and tried hard to to done in time for me to go back to work. Luckily my daughter in law could come and let the guys finish up. I appreciate your hard work and getting things back to normal for me. I will definitely use you guys when im in need.

  Zander was amazing! He was extremely thorough during our HVAC tune-up and took the time to explain everything he was checking in a way that was easy for me to understand. He walked me through what he found, what he recommended, and most importantly, what should be addressed to help prevent bigger issues in the future. I really appreciated that he explained the reasoning behind his recommendations instead of just telling me what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered. It gave me a lot of confidence knowing exactly what was going on with our system. Thank you, Zander, for taking such great care of us!

  Been a Summers customer for several years and am, soon to be was, a yearly maintenance service agreement customer. Had an issue with my water heater leaking water from the pressure relief valve. Technician was here for maybe 5-10 minutes and tells us our water heater is no good, and needs replaced. Said it was 11 years old, it’s not as I checked the serial number on Bradford White warranty check, it’s 6.5 years old. He gave us quotes for two new systems and said that he had time the same day or the next day to install. I told him to email me the quotes and I would look them over quickly and get back. I asked the tech if he could do anything to slow down the leak or at least rig something up to have it drain directly to the sump. Comes back another 10 minutes later and says it he got it to slow. 6 hours later and no quote, so I call and they said they will send it over. Didn’t get the quote until the end of the following day. By then we called Northside Plumbing to come out and look. They came out the same day and said the unit is fine and doesn’t need replaced. Just the temperature regulator needs replaced. They came out the following day. A difference of roughly $5,000 between the new unit price and the temperature regulator. Don’t really appreciate trying to be taken advantage of and will not recommend Summers to anyone.

  I have used these guys since I bought my home in 2022! They are great! All of them! Adam Taylor, Justin York, Jordan Jodway, Joshua Miller, Davieon Wright, Justin Schwartz, Darius Morgan, Caleb Moreno, Ethan Osborne, Joshua Wickey, Adam Reinders and Zander Alvey( I think that's the whole crew🤣). They have installed my hot water heater, furnace and AC and have been absolutely wonderful! They are knowledgeable and reliable and work with their clients to get them the services they need in a timely manner and at an affordable price!
