  Adam came out for a estimate on a furnace replacement. He was professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured or talked down. Adam was also able to get my furnace installed on the same day. I will be using Summers for all my plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.

  I was skeptical about having a younger service person and the minute he arrived he was professional and knew exactly where to begin my service. He took time to explain what he was doing and offered to answer any questions. I would definitely call Summers again and would request the young man, Zander!

  I called Summers for an estimate and then service for a toilet leaking at the flange. The estimator looked for other causes for the problem and then offered the possibility of me doing the work. I deferred because of concerns about a larger problem than the wax ring, Keith discovered that the flange was rusted and that the work by another company had been inadequate. We agreed to the estimate and to a repair visit two days later. Summers didn't get that visit scheduled, but responded to my concern, expedited the repair visit, and when Irie came, he was able to do the work less invasively than the estimate, which saved $1300. Both plumbers explained the work well, answered questions, did what they could do save us money. The only frustration was the scheduling and having to work through the virtual assistant process. All the people I spoke with were helpful.

  I moved into a new home in New Haven and within a short period time, I had to get my entire plumbing replaced. Within lightning speed Justin and his counterpart showed up to the home to complete an assessment. They were able to work out very reasonable prices and great quality of their options of service. Of course they sent the best of the best to come out, Alex! When Alex arrived at my home he went right to work; showing amazing quality, speed, precision and vast knowledge of the plumbing industry. He was able to answer all of my questions and is a completely down-to-earth guy who is happy to know all customers personally. I cannot thank him enough for saving our home! He is a prime example of Summer's Plumbing, thank you for the great experience. In addition, all of his helpers were able to make the project easy for him which means we got another great generation coming along!

  Moved into a new place with LOTS of plumbing issues. We went through a couple of different plumbers / companies before finding Summers. Jordan has been a great help with identifying the root cause of problems and giving us multiple options to fix and / or replace things. We liked our experience with our initial volley of issues so much that we reached out to have a tankless water heater installed. Alex and Jordan both did an incredible job with the tankless water heater. They were meticulous and very detailed oriented and took the time to answer all my questions. It was hard to believe that Alex is still an apprentice. Outstanding work. Jarrett came out and did our annual service on our HVAC, and also did an excellent job. Super nice guy and made sure to give everything a once over. Membership is well worth the money and easily pays for itself. Of note, some work was done that didn't quite meet our needs / solve our problem. They came back out and fixed the issue no questions asked. Extremely pleased with the quality of work, the people, and the overall company thus far. Highly recommend!
