  Very disappointed in this company. Had them do work on my bathroom, which is very small. It took them a year to finish the job. I still have work that needs to be done and now they refuse to return phone calls, and text messages. Like leaking pipes behind the walls does not help my child or little cousins that have asthma.

  Completely unprofessional. Recommended by insurance company for minor water damage. Found appraiser unprepared, equipment had dead batteries. Requests for an estimate are not returned. If you don’t have a majot restoration project, they don’t want your business. Not trustworthy.

  I cannot adequately express into words how much I genuinely appreciate and trust Steven as an inspector. He has had immense patience with me, spent hours and multiple visits, and has expressed genuine concern for my health struggles as I navigate through my journey. We have done two mold remediations, where his team has gone above and beyond, humored me in rechecking things that have already been addressed, all because they know the battles I endure with my immune system. I will only work with Steven for any (hopefully none!) future projects. This is a very special crew, along with Aaron and Jimmy, who remembered how sensitive I am to mold. I am someone who obsessively reads reviews but rarely leaves them, so take my words for what they are worth. I am so grateful.
