He then, as a courtesy, did maintenance on the doors and step-by-step showed me how to do it myself. I highly recommend Dan and Ft Wayne Overhead Door.

- DBDave BenderAug 1, 20263.0My mom is 74. She had a new motor installed 3 months ago. It keeps randomly not closing. They want $149 'trip charge' to come fix it. I've reprogrammed it at least 5 times. The old opener lasted nearly 52 years. 1 star. - *EDIT* - After I received a reply asking me to call, I did. The office manager was not in but was left a note to call back. I never got a call back. Still 1 star. - *EDIT 2* - After a couple weeks I called again. The receptionist left a message for the office manager to call back. I got a call back 20 minutes later and a tech was sent out the next day. He replaced the circuit board and reprogrammed the equipment. It worked fine until the next day. As soon as it fully closes, it opens again. Moved up to 3 stars as they are now trying to resolve under warranty with no charge. Will contact again today about the current issue.
