  I subscribe to a yearly maintenance plan with them and have had it for ten years so I have experienced ownership changes. On a hot day I had my A/C scheduled. Blake was my technician and he did a fantastic job. Next to my outside unit was an unwanted bush. Instead of telling me I needed to remove it, he removed it! That extra care from Masters is why I deal with them and renew my maintenance agreement every year!

  I almost went with another HVAC company but I changed my mind and called Master’s heating and cooling.. . thank god I did! My technician Robert came on time and fixed my problem quickly and was very thorough in his work to make sure my house cools .. never going anywhere else .. and the price was very reasonable . Very happy , thank you Robert!! 😄

  Dave came to our parents house to install a new sump pump with battery back up. He did an awesome job!! He explained a couple of things along the way but completed the job thoroughly and made sure everything was in tact. I enjoyed talking with him afterwards about his recent marriage and his love for "FISH"!!. THAT'S ARE WHOLE FAMILY! Thank you Dave for your great service!

  Highly recommend Darrius James for any plumbing issues! I had an issue that 6 months ago that caused flooding in my basement and had to be ran through insurance where the problem was not located properly by a previous company and Darrius took the time to listen and find the root of the problem. Very knowledgeable, was so patient with all our questions and very respectable! I will be asking for him specially with all future requests! Thank you so much Darrius!!

  We made an appointment 2 weeks in advance because we are leaving on vacation and we know our AC was not working. They gave us a Time 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. 2 days after we got back unfortunately the service tech showed up at 4:30 p.m. check the system out it was low on freon so it needed to be leak checked and then refilled if it had no leaks. Unfortunately when you start at 4:30 in the evening and have two more calls to go to he did not have enough time to vac the system out refill it leak check it. I understand how this works cuz I'm also certified air conditioner repair person. It's unfortunate that the technician is scheduled so heavily that he can't finish a job. After working in the service industry for 37 years and owning my own business that's one of the biggest challenges is designate enough time to fix things in a reasonable length of time.
