  Jordan called prior to coming out and arrived promptly just like he stated on the call. Jordan is Very Professional and Easy to talk with. Jordan went over the Estimate that I ask for and Presented their Yearly Service Plan. Said that he would type up the Estimate and Email a copy to me.

  Jordan did a great job! He was honest, authentic, and in addition to fixing my leak he gave me actionable next steps for what was beyond the scope of Korte and his team. And he has a great manager that I have worked with in the past. Overall, I am thankful to have the Korte team to rely on.

  Issue was a leaking hot water line. Service tech communicated well and was punctual even on a weekend. The issue/damage was more than I expected but the technician was thorough in answering questions and explanations. I was pleased with the work.

  I have to comment about my experience with Faven from Korte. He worked diligently on repairing and replacing issues in various aspects of my home’s electrical system. All the while I had questions which he patiently listened to and answered in great detail and made sure I understood completely. He had the expertise to give options and complete what I chose to have done. He worked on my Ring doorbell at the end of the jobs; I was missing a way to charge it. He took it with him, going to the next jobs and stopped after to pick up what was needed to make it work. He then came back after he completed his other stops/jobs and finished this job for me!! Words cannot express how much I appreciated his dedication and the quality of the level of work! Thank you, Faven!!!

  Had someone out for an estimate on a commercial building and he didn't bring a ladder to actually check the units. Did that he'd send someone out with a ladder to check them out. Called approximately 6 hours later to discuss why no one had come back as promised, or even called. The guy on the phone hung up on me. Now I keep getting text messages asking me to share my experience, so here I am.
