  Kaleidoscope is a family business that works hard to provide the best materials and service possible. Their expertise and suggestions helped us decide the best flooring for our sunroom. Pricing is straight forward and reasonable. The installers, Aaron and son, did a tremendous job that took extra time and skill. The finished project turned out better than we could have ever hoped. We will definitely use them again with future needs.

  I bought 14 boxes of luxury vinyl planks from Kaleidoscope in july. We ended up with 4 extra , unopened boxes. When I asked about returning the unopened boxes, I was told there would be a $250.83 shipping charge and a 30% restocking fee to return them. That would give me a return of $15.14 on over $358.00 worth of merchandise. I had no idea that they would charge customers just outrageous prices to return unused planks. Save yourself the aggrevation and the money and buy your vinyl flooring somewhere else in town that will accept returns.

  I went to Kaleidoscope to try to match flooring. I had gone to several stores in the area, half of which seemed disinterested in even trying to help. Within 5 minutes of entering Kaleidoscope they were able to ID the manufacturer and had the flooring ordered. Once it arrived they saw that it had been damaged in transit. Very minor damage on a couple of planks which I was willing to still accept. They not only immediately re-ordered the flooring they allowed me to take what they had on hand at no charge. The pricing there is super competitive, even with my military discount at Home Depot or Lowe’s. And you could not ask for better customer service. I will absolutely shop there again and I 100% recommend them to anyone.

  I worked with Corbin for the flooring and tile for my house. He was amazing every step of the way. His communication, Customer Service, responsiveness, all of it was top notch. When I changed my mind on the flooring numerous times he never gave me any indication that I was the pain in the rear I know I was (sorry, Corbin!). That was a cake walk compared to the back and forth on the tile selection! He also stayed in communication with my Builder, and kept me in the loop. The whole process was seamless. The installers were professional, quick, and left my home cleaner than how they found it. They truly went above and beyond. My floors and tile work are stunning and better than I could have ever imagined. The best part - the price could not be beat. There is no one I would recommend more!
