We had a great experience with Kaleidoscope. Everyone we talked to there provided great customer service. We mostly worked with Kyrie, who was very knowledgeable about all the products we looked at. She was cheerful and patient with us and let us take all the time we needed to decide what we wanted. The installation itself was finished two weeks after we ordered the flooring. Our installers, Aaron and Tyler, were great - they were meticulous about everything they did. Our floors look amazing right down to the trim work. We highly recommend Kaleidoscope!

Kaleidoscope is a family business that works hard to provide the best materials and service possible. Their expertise and suggestions helped us decide the best flooring for our sunroom. Pricing is straight forward and reasonable. The installers, Aaron and son, did a tremendous job that took extra time and skill. The finished project turned out better than we could have ever hoped. We will definitely use them again with future needs.

I bought 14 boxes of luxury vinyl planks from Kaleidoscope in july. We ended up with 4 extra , unopened boxes. When I asked about returning the unopened boxes, I was told there would be a $250.83 shipping charge and a 30% restocking fee to return them. That would give me a return of $15.14 on over $358.00 worth of merchandise. I had no idea that they would charge customers just outrageous prices to return unused planks. Save yourself the aggrevation and the money and buy your vinyl flooring somewhere else in town that will accept returns.

I went to Kaleidoscope to try to match flooring. I had gone to several stores in the area, half of which seemed disinterested in even trying to help. Within 5 minutes of entering Kaleidoscope they were able to ID the manufacturer and had the flooring ordered. Once it arrived they saw that it had been damaged in transit. Very minor damage on a couple of planks which I was willing to still accept. They not only immediately re-ordered the flooring they allowed me to take what they had on hand at no charge. The pricing there is super competitive, even with my military discount at Home Depot or Lowe’s. And you could not ask for better customer service. I will absolutely shop there again and I 100% recommend them to anyone.
