  I went to Kaleidoscope to try to match flooring. I had gone to several stores in the area, half of which seemed disinterested in even trying to help. Within 5 minutes of entering Kaleidoscope they were able to ID the manufacturer and had the flooring ordered. Once it arrived they saw that it had been damaged in transit. Very minor damage on a couple of planks which I was willing to still accept. They not only immediately re-ordered the flooring they allowed me to take what they had on hand at no charge. The pricing there is super competitive, even with my military discount at Home Depot or Lowe’s. And you could not ask for better customer service. I will absolutely shop there again and I 100% recommend them to anyone.

  I worked with Corbin for the flooring and tile for my house. He was amazing every step of the way. His communication, Customer Service, responsiveness, all of it was top notch. When I changed my mind on the flooring numerous times he never gave me any indication that I was the pain in the rear I know I was (sorry, Corbin!). That was a cake walk compared to the back and forth on the tile selection! He also stayed in communication with my Builder, and kept me in the loop. The whole process was seamless. The installers were professional, quick, and left my home cleaner than how they found it. They truly went above and beyond. My floors and tile work are stunning and better than I could have ever imagined. The best part - the price could not be beat. There is no one I would recommend more!

  Really like this place but too many hiccups along the way When we initially went in the sales lady took all of our info. We never heard back so we stopped in. The owner said there was no records of our visit and the sales lady was sitting next to her. They quickly had estimates of our job We were able to still purchase the flooring and we were guaranteed it would match up with what was previously bought. It did not. They had to make alterations and we were told they would be back in a couple of days. It was just shy of two weeks. No apologies or discount, nothing Little more hands on is needed than just the contractor Kyrie Kyrie has, since this posting, called and left a voicemail with me regarding the issues.she was polite and fair enough offering a discount on behalf of the fact the flooring did not line up and lack of communication Thanks for making things as right as possible We have upped our star rating

  Great and friendly staff!! We got our vinyl kitchen floor and living room carpet installed over 4 years ago and they are holding up great! I am SO grateful we went to Kaleidoscope for our carpet. The quality is far better than regular home store carpet. Whenever we have our carpets cleaned, the company we use always comments on how well our carpet looks and holds up from year to year and we have 3 kids a dog and high traffic areas!
