  The guys were on-time, prepared and very professional. Getting a new HVAC system installed is a daunting task, and our technicians completely kicked butt! We have been Home Comfort customers for a while for a different property, and have now started with HC at this location. They were very knowledgeable and super courteous. I highly recommend Home Comfort. My wife and I couldn’t be happier.

  Called in June and paid 275 for a diagnosis and dispatch fee. Told they had to order a part. It’s the end of August now and they didn’t know what part was needed and then said they were waiting on the part. Two months no ac in the summer. No answers. The customer service wasn’t bad but paying 275 for nothing is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Going with a different company now as this is ridiculous.

  First time having Home Comfort Experts out to look at our geothermal unit. Originally set up a time for them to come out next week, but I was notified they could come out earlier. Leo was an excellent technician and was very transparent about what was going on with the geothermal unit. Definitely a grade A business and technician.

  I am perplexed how this organization has received so many good google reviews. If i were you i would search Facebook as those reviews are more inline from what i have experienced. My a/c has been out for nearly 2 weeks. They come out, replace a part, works less than 24 hours. Come out again, order another part which takes several days for them to receive and we get similar results. I believe tomorrow, a Wednesday we are at 2 weeks with no relief. They were out here this past Friday and here we are on Tuesday with no update despite calls and text messages strung throughout the day. Never once have i felt like a priority or any urgency on their part to resolve this issue. Keep in mind my wife has airway stepnosis and pulmonary fibrosis and is on 24/7 external oxygen. The heat and humidity in the home with her health has been a very uncomfortable struggle for her. I have informed them of this situation many times. I should have departed ways with company awhile ago. At one time i had them come out for a plumbing issue. I was quoted at 11k to repair. Was able to get it done for 1800. I tend to give people second chances but i have hit a real stopping point with their services
