  I can’t say enough about Home Comfort. We called in the morning on one of the hottest days of the year. The air conditioning had gone out in my 84 year old mother in laws home. Tanner arrived by 3:30 pm. He was polite, used shoe covers, quickly found and fixed the problem. He stayed a few minutes to make sure it was cooling. Tanner even stayed pleasant and laughing after he was stung by a bee!! Thank you Home Comfort and Tanner for taking such good care of Janice Swaim. We highly recommend and will use again and again for any of her HVAC needs.

  Anthony was at my home today to address my leaky outdoor spigot. I was impressed with his immediate knowledge of the issue and was able to replace the spigot in no time at all. I'm so happy with my switch to Home Experts, they have taken care of all my issues in the past. I will most definitely be bragging about them to my friends.

  Dan T. did a wonderful job explaining their services. He was respectful when entering the home with using the shoe covers and again when coming back up from the crawl space. He didn't shy away from entering the crawl space and few companies have went that far. Dan's customer service was 5 stars. My problem was the estimate was more than double the other companies. I couldn't believe the cost ...crazy! I had to change several things to have the estimate lowered and the lowest option still ended up being several thousand dollars more. I'm going to keep shopping around. The estimate was less than 1 star. This is why I ended with a choice of 3 stars.

  We have used HOME Comfort for heating and AC but this is 1st time for plumbing. The two gentlemen that came out were wonderful.They explained everything and were very polite. I would work with them anytime.

  Our AC failed as we approached the hottest days of the summer so far. Patrick came out and diagnosed our issue. Unfortunately due to the age of the unit (34 years) they were not able to perform a cost effective repair that they felt confident would last. Their sales technician, Chad, was able to come out that evening and gave us a thorough explanation of what we would be looking at for a complete HVAC system replacement. Chad was very personable and a genuinely likable guy. While the quotes came in on the higher side of what we were looking for, he explained what to look for in other quotes that we may get from other companies. If you are looking for expert service and a complete new system from top to bottom Home Comfort Experts is a solid choice.
