We had an issue with our humidifier and booking service with Home Comfort was quick and easy. The techs, Leo and Zach, were on time, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. They were able to quickly identify the issue and had it fixed in no time. Great service. Home Comfort is always my first call when we need service.

Home Comforts is my first call with any heating, AC or plumbing issues. I know they will always take care of the problem right the first time. Staff is always friendly and informative. Dan was just here for a plumbing issue, within 12 hours of the leak it was fixed. He did a phenomenal job!

Very disappointing. Very expensive. I waited two hours and then he couldn’t get to the parts he needed because he was in “another guys truck”? So had to come back the next day. Told me a time, showed up over an hour later. Took off work two days for a 40 minute job. Then wanted me to sign up for a monthly service fee for other work. What? You think I’ll ever call this company again? No chance. Way better options and way cheaper than these guys. It works so I gave an extra star or this would have been a one star experience all the way around.

We had our furnace and AC systems serviced today David and his assistant in training were very knowledgeable , friendly and efficient. They were thorough and explained to us what they were going to do and answered all our questions. They wanted to be sure we had no further issues before they left. They are assets to your team!

Furnace maintenance coupon $69. He found the fan inside was very dirty and he had to remove it and clean with chemicals and a wire brush. $360. Took him about an hour plus for that. Got here at 9am left at 12:20. $432 Total. He did a great job and worked the whole time but I think it was too much money. Could have saved $50 by joing their membership but I declined. The stars are for Lidwin not the price.
