  My sump pump went out in the middle of the night - Mitch actually called me to let me know (because of the alert system they had installed many years prior). He was here the next day. He got a new pump installed quickly and made sure everything was in working order given the inches of rain we'd gotten. Every interaction I've had with Encapsulations Down Under has been amazing: courteous, professional, and explained everything in detail. I would recommend them to anyone!
