- RCRebecca “Becky” Chantelois6 days ago5.0I have used this company many times for water quality equipment. Their prices are fair and I love that they still answer the phone! You get real local people!! Corey has completed my service two years in a row. He is exceptional! Great attitude, very knowledgeable. Thank you Corey!
- LPLeanne Pike6 days ago5.0Corey was very knowledgeable and friendly, explained thoroughly how our AquaSystem works and was very upfront about the cost of services.
- JCJill ColclasureSep 29, 20264.0Corey did a great job. Installed our new softener and RO system efficiently. Explained everything very well. Unfortunately they weren’t able to get the old softener salt reservoir out of the basement because of the weight so we are left to deal with getting it out which was a little disappointing.
- HSHedayeh SamavatiSep 15, 20265.0Korbyn was THE BEST technician ever to check do the maintenance on my water softener and reverse osmosis system. He was thorough and careful. He answered all of my questions patiently and politely. My salt tank had some strange stuff in it which had caused me to be horrified at discovering it. He tried to empty the tank and removing all the stuff— I will attach the picture— I don’t know if the stuff came through the salt (which I strictly buy from the Aqua Systems company- not cheap either) or through the City water. Either way, Korbyn was responsive and very professional in doing the work of flushing the RO system, checking the pressure, and giving me the instructions how to proceed with using the system. I ended up asking to replace the salt tank because it seemed to me the current one was badly contaminated. He contacted his manager and everything was arranged for. I was very unhappy with the situation but he did ALL he could to help and I am most appreciative for that.
