  ARC Roofing is in a class of their own. After the major hailstorm hit our area, I was honestly dreading finding another roofer. Fortunately, a family member had recently worked with ARC Roofing and recommended them to me. From the first phone call, ARC was different. Ryan, the owner, came out when he said he would and even met my insurance adjuster at the house to make sure everything was thoroughly looked at. He later came back on a Saturday to go over samples and make recommendations. Jillian made the entire process incredibly easy by keeping me informed on scheduling and crew coordination. Both her and Ryan answered every question I had and were always available by phone, text, or email. More importantly, they treated my family and home like they genuinely cared about both. There are plenty of roofing companies in the area, but after dealing with several of them, I can confidently say ARC Roofing is the company I would recommend without hesitation. Ryan, Jillian, and Mike provide the kind of personal service you rarely get from a larger company, and they don't need flashy advertising to prove themselves. Their work and customer service do the talking. If you're looking for a roofer, stop your search with ARC. You won't regret it.

  ARC Roofing was very helpful and easy to work with. Jillian was involved from the beginning of the process until the end making sure everything was taken care of. The roof and gutter installation was high quality and efficient.

  We had hail damage to our roof and siding. ARC Roofing took care of both the siding and the roof. They took off the whole roof and all of the siding and replaced both with new. Everything was handled professionally and it looks great too! We are very pleased with everyone that was involved on our project.

  From start to finish Arc was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Jillian was so courteous and very knowledgeable of the products. She was responsive to our questions and helpful in deciding colors and materials. The crews did an excellent job, paid attention to detail, and left everything clean and neat when the work was finished.We were very pleased with the quality of work and would definitely recommend Arc Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust.
