The system was installed very quickly. When he finished the installation, he showed us how to set the time on the system and how and where to refill the salt tank. Clearly knew his stuff! We called one other water purifier company and they could not do the whole, that it would require getting a separate vendor to drill through our granite table top. Their quote was prohibitively high. We called Aqua System because of their high google rating. The Salesman we talked seemed very honest, and gave a reasonable quote. They came a few weeks later to install the system and that went well. But this is where the story gets good for Aqua Systems. My wife took a water purity meter reading right after they left and it read 75. Our tap water read 350 normally , so I thought 75 was good. But my wife was not happy and she called our Salesman Jason Coleman. Jason told her not to work to worry, that he would send a tech to check it out immediately. He said we had 30 return policy. But he told her to do this one thing (this is key), to run the water through at least 20 to 30 minutes. So my wife did that. When the tech arrived, both he and the Tech took a reading and got similar result: 11 and 12. The Salesman Jason and the Tech Jim were so professional. My wife was so thrilled and she changed her mind about it. The Tech Jim said that you need to run the tank at least twice to clear the queued up water. So bottom-line, we are very happy with our choice.
