  My experience was very disappointing. When I scheduled the appointment, I was given two options: have someone come out to provide an estimate, or have an electrician come out to diagnose the electrical issue. I specifically chose to have an electrician perform the diagnosis so the problem could be properly identified before receiving an estimate. Instead, a non-electrician arrived. After looking at the issue, he admitted he wasn’t sure what the problem was and said he was communicating with an electrician back at the office. That left me wondering why a qualified, licensed electrician wasn’t sent in the first place. When I called to ask why the service I requested wasn’t provided, the owner became defensive and began lecturing me rather than addressing my concern. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I simply expected the service that had been offered when I made the appointment. If you need electrical work, I recommend confirming in advance that a licensed electrician will be the one diagnosing the problem. Accurate diagnosis is the foundation of any proper repair and estimate. I believe honesty and clear communication are essential in any service business, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

  This was the first time I used Ace Handyman and I was very pleased with the service. Jeremy was polite and did a great job repairing water damage that had occurred by the shower. I will definitely use their services in the future.

  Completely disappointed. Never received quote after initial visit two weeks ago. Promised several times but because of their problems with AI software I still haven't received it. Can't you just take picture of quote and send it to me? Nope. Also, enjoy leaving messages with a computer and not being able to speak with a human being. What a waste of my time.

  We used Ace handyman for repairs to drywall and replacing boards on our deck. Scheduling was easy. Tony did an excellent job with the repairs. He explained what he was doing, was quick to give an estimate, did a thorough job, and cleaned up everything after he was done. I would absolutely work with Tony again!

  First time using Ace Handyman Services. We had 4 outdoor coach lights replaced along with a couple of switches and a GFI outlet + switching out a broken ceiling fan and installing a light fixture. Nick V did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very proficient. It was a great experience and we're already starting a new punch list of items that we'll have Nick come back out and take care of for us. Highly recommend!
