  Made an appointment with Evansville Tuff Shed to discuss building a new shed. We showed up 10 minutes early and the office was locked. We waited until 10 minutes after and finally called the 800 number. After some discussion we were told that the person called in sick that day. I told them it would have been common courtesy if someone would have called us and let us know. As it was we had set aside time and had driven across town to meet them. I told them that I had done my part and if they wanted to do business with me it would now be up to them to call me and set a time that they could keep. It has now been over a week and no phone call. Very disappointed in the first impression of customer service from this company.

  When I stopped by I noticed a new look, new name, and fresh buildings! Tyler & Kate made the process super simple, easy, and fast. I was in and out of the office in about an hour and scheduled my build date in a few weeks. Excited to see how the build comes!!

  I had to bring 4 kids under 8 with me into his office , cause we were needing a storage shed and after passing several times admiring their sheds we finally stopped in .. to say the least we were not disappointed... He was extremely patient and friendly even with all my rambunctious kids .... Very knowledgeable understanding and just all together a great experience!! Will always go back or recommend them for any storage needs ..

  Been looking for a while for a nice shed reasonably priced. Found it at cookstuff on the Lloyd. Knowledgeable, friendly and priced right. Thanks Kevin for the help
