He was very friendly and outgoing,which was very calming for myself and my husband since we were unsure of what we were dealing with pluming wise. We will definitely recommend him and use him again in the future. We also were dealing with a septic tank issue at the same time and Keith was here at the same time. He was so knowledgeable and informative. The two of them worked together to find our septic tank so we could get it cleaned out. They were an amazing team! I cannot say enough nice things about either of them. I would definitely recommend Keith for any and all septic issues he is the guy I am telling you!
