We knew it would look good but we didn’t realize just how ecstatic we’d be once it was finished. Our 35' x 35' patio looks amazing. Honestly one of the hardest parts for us was picking out a color. Luckily Prime guided us through the options and gave expert opinions on what would look best. They even explained how different flake sizes change the overall effect which made the decision a lot easier. The crew was in and out in a single day and the result blew us away. We will definitely be bringing them back to do our garage and driveway. The pricing was great too.

Great experience overall! Jason was very honest, upfront and informative about all aspects of the product and installation. The installers were very professional and diligent in getting the job done. The cleanup was exceptional. The floor looks great! Everything went exactly as Jason said it would. We highly recommend Prime Concrete Coatings! The above post was posted in Nov, shortly after the work was done. And I stand by that. However, we had a small issue with the floor a few weeks later that was not the fault of the product or installation. I contacted Jason on Dec 30. He said he would talk to Brian and someone would get back to me after the holidays, which was perfectly fine. I texted him again on Jan 8. He said he had not talked to Brian and gave me his number. I texted Brian that day. He said he was tied up at the time, but would get back with me the next day. Still fine, except he didn't until Jan 23. He then said he would come out and look at it in about 2 weeks. It has now been going on 8 weeks and I haven't heard a word. I told them from the very beginning that we knew it wasn't covered by warranty and we were fully expecting to pay for it. A company is only as good as it's customer service, before the job and afterwards. They get an A for the job and an F for customer service, which averages out to a C. I can only wonder what would have happened if it was a big issue! In conclusion, if you're not concerned about ever having a problem, they're great. But if you do have a problem down the road, you're on your own once the check is cashed.

Brian and his crew were on time and started right to work. They are very professional and talented in their jobs. When they were done at the end of the day we had two beautiful porches. We would highly recommend Prime for any concrete restoration projects that you may have. Excellent job.

Very friendly and informative information from them. Looking forward to them doing some work for us in January and then again in April. Their work will be a good investment for our home. Come on January and April.

Garage floor is beautiful! Would definitely recommend this company, very professional from the salesmen to the installers. Finished product exceeded our expectations!

Frequently Asked Questions About Prime Concrete Coatings

What is the difference between epoxy and polyurea flooring?

Epoxy hardens into a rigid, glass-like surface that can crack and delaminate when concrete moves or settles. Polyurea stays flexible after curing, allowing it to stretch and move with the concrete's natural expansion and contraction. This flexibility helps polyurea maintain a stronger, longer-lasting bond to the concrete substrate compared to brittle epoxy coatings.

What is the average cost of a concrete coating?

The cost of concrete coating varies widely depending on project specifics. Factors such as surface preparation needs, coating type, area size, and site conditions all influence the final price. We provide complimentary estimates after assessing your particular project to offer accurate pricing customized to your requirements.
