He asked all the right questions and took his time to show me my options. Not only did I buy my rental property’s flooring but I decided to do my kitchen floors at my house. Make sure to go ask for Holden.
- LGLindsay GaddisMar 23, 20261.0Do not buy boxes unless you are 100% sure you’re keeping it. Bought laminate and engineered, took home and opened two boxes of the laminate to find pieces busted and decided to just go with engineered. Went to return and they wouldn’t take to two boxes back of the cheap floor we were sold because they were opened. Pieces were broken in shipping or due to the fork truck there and we even bought more flooring from there and they still wouldn’t even give a store credit for the two boxes. What a joke. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere that actually stands by their product. We have always shopped here for our flooring… never again.
- BBBryan BrownDec 5, 20251.0The manager Alex is full of BS , he stated my toilet and sink would be included in my quote as a reinstall, my toilet said unstill customer reinstall and sink said reinstall ( per Alex that means set in my bathroom ( no plumbing hooked up ) their contractors John Mesker Construction receptionist Tracy is rude as hell , told me is what it is , seriously don't use them completely sale pitch with no delivery
