- CGChris GentryJul 17, 20261.0Terrible people to do business with. Had an equipment move scheduled and they left me stranded. The driver who had talked to me earlier in the day would not answer my calls and talk with me directly. I asked the office to talk to the driver and they said he decided not to take my load and there was nothing they would do about it. I missed a deadline because these people would not give me a chance to explain the situation (There was snow on the road and they didn't give me a chance to explain that I was going to tram the equipment about half a mile to a good location to load.) Driver just said "nope" and would not answer his phone. I did explain the situation to the office and they said it was too late, the driver had already moved on and would not turn around. I'm the little guy and they had no problem screwing me over, and they will probably screw you too.
