- LZLawrence ZimmerAug 18, 20245.0Our experience with Elper’s Construction (John/Jonathan) was unprecedented. • They were here every day and did a lot of the work themselves • Suppliers and sub-contractors had to produce to the Elper’s quality/reputation • Building process ran very smoothly with the hands-on approach of the whole Elper’s team • The Elpers' daily supervision kept the project on task—we were told 5 months for a 3,250 sq. ft. house and it was delivered---on time, on budget and superior quality. • Can’t say enough!!!
