- JEJohn ElpersJun 26, 20262.0Told to buy the pro flow commercial faucet and it will work with your tankless hot water heater. Take note, I bought the hot water heater and the faucet from Ferguson. Installed them both and the faucet had too many gallons per minute and was burning up the heating element. Hot water heater company told me to get a lower GPM aerator Contacted Ferguson about their product which they actually build and make in a factory. They do not have an aerator that is 13/16 nor do they create an adapter even though in the United States the standard is 15/16 So I Called customer service and They contacted pro flow manufacturer and drop shipped me a set of aerators. They were Female, not male aerators so they did not work. And they are 15/16, not 13/16. Traveled all over Southern Indiana to all the hardware stores to try to find an adapter and the world does not make a 13/16 to a 15/16 adapter. Neither does pro flow. But they are new pro flow faucets that I could have bought or have been provided have the 15/16 aerator. So I called them back and they decide that I can take my aerators back into the office to return them. Whenever I return them they tell me they don’t refund shipping. I know it’s just $10, but after everything I’ve been through. They owe me money. The customer service representatives were great, it’s just their database and their processes that made me “never again customer.”
