The technician fixed the original problem, but we later discovered that a part had been installed incorrectly during the repair. We scheduled another service visit for a separate shower issue and also asked them to look at the improperly installed piece. The technician who came out recently was unable to remove it and stated that it appeared to have been installed incorrectly. He also mentioned that they install these parts regularly and that they should “just come out easily,” which further suggested the original installation was not done properly. When we contacted Bud’s to discuss correcting the issue, we were told it was due to “wear and tear.” However, we explained that our concern was not normal “wear and tear”, but rather the way the part had been installed during the previous service. Unfortunately, the matter was not resolved to our satisfaction.

I have two bathrooms and neither toilet was flushing and water was backing up in the showers!! Mike came the same day about mid afternoon and analyzed the problem immediately and fixed it!! I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get the problem fixed until next week! Mike was very knowledgeable and very professional! I recommend Bud’s Plumbing to anyone!! Thank you so much!!!
