They called Tuesday evening and said unfortunately they couldn't make it out but they could come Wednesday. Well I got another call on Wednesday saying they couldn't make it out again! Im sorry but when you couldn't make it the first time you should have made sure to make it on Wednesday. I haven't been able to use my kitchen sink since Sunday so its just very frustrating that now I have to wait for another company to come out.
- RARandy AgentJun 9, 20265.0Within a couple days of moving into a new home, we experienced a plumbing emergency situation. Part of the urgency was because of a planned departure out of town. I called Bud’s Plumbing, Evansville. After explaining our situation, Bud’s was able to dispatch someone to our home that day! The technician, Kalob, arrived and quickly and efficiently began his diagnosis. He determined that the water valves in the washer box had been previously damaged. He proceeded to cut open the drywall and replace the washer box valves. By tying onto existing pecks and using the old washer box, he was able to save us a substantial amount of money. Kalob was professional, personable, and very efficient. He also was concerned about providing the best customer service possible. I highly recommend Bud’s Plumbing and Kalob!
