  Cody from BSHC serviced our HVAC and Generac units. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. It's hard to find service like this these days, and Cody did an excellent job. Can't recommend enough!

  During extreme heat after business hours, our AC quit working. Brian Schmitt H&C had a serviceman to us within one hour, found the trouble and had the AC fully functioning within 30 minutes. We will always depend on them in the future.

  We contacted Brian Schmitt Heating & Cooling, Refrigeration & Plumbing to inquire about a pump issue we were experiencing. From fits contact, the office staff was courteous and highly accommodating. They provided updates regarding anticipated service times, and the serviceman, Cody, promptly responded to inspect the issue. Cody took his time to assess the problem and provided detailed feedback of his evaluation. I believe this is a locally owned family business that strives to deliver professional services and exceptional customer care.

  Honestly can't say enough good about this company. Communication, customer service, price. Everything ran smooth and they did awesome! Tracy and Brian were great to communicate with and helped me with a small quick hiccup on my end. I am doing home renovations and am slowly doing things piece by piece and they did exactly what I needed for the first step. I also want to commend Chris and Cade for their work. It was clean, efficient, and I could overhear them instructing an apprentice, I assume, on the proper way that things should be done and look. That's the best way for someone new to learn and I love that they were teaching them expectations for things to be done the right way in their future! Will be using them again in the future and recommending them to others!
