  Unexpectedly, had to replace my A/C. Everyone I worked with has been knowledgeable, clearly explained the problem, etc. Gave me ideas to get more even air flow thru house. Are punctual. I have a high level of trust with them from my recent install and throughout the 8years of them doing maintenance and repairs at my previous home. Reasonably priced

  Cody came out to fix our ac unit super fast today! We got lucky and he was ahead of schedule and was able to get to us in about 30 minutes and got the job finished in 30 minutes. I was super appreciative of him being able to come so fast and thankfully it was an easy fix! He did a great job and was very polite and informative. Highly recommend Schmitt over anyone else! Any issues we have ever had they are always the first ones able to get to us!

  I was looking to find a reasonably priced local HVAC company I could use for my home and rental units. This company definitely seems to be honest and their service is competitively priced but they absolutely ghosted me. They serviced a unit at one of my rent houses and then I had them come to my house to repair or replace, as needed, one of the units. Unfortunately, once the tech left my place to check on parts or a replacement system cost, they vanished and the only response from them was a bill a couple weeks later for the service call. No repair quote, no replacement quote, just a bill. I paid the bill and then had to have another company sell, and install, two systems for me. I can only guess that they are too busy? It’s too bad because they seemed like nice people.
