  We have been buying the platinum maintenance service every year to gain peace of mind when the summers are hot and winters are cold! Ricky Bethe serviced us today and did an excellent job. He not only performed his maintenance work in a timely manner, he was also able to replace our honeywell thermostat which has not been connecting to our wi-fi for a long time now. As a satisfied customer of A+ Derr I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help in replacing or maintaning their A/C or heating units.

  Great experience! Our A/C quit cooling suddenly. Seemed like the condensor fan was not working. We had another company come out first and were told there was nothing that could be done to fix our A/C other than replacing the whole system. I was not thrilled as our system has great up to this point. We called A+ for a second opinion. Shawn came out, did real troubleshooting, and had it running and cooling in 10 minutes. He took time to explain everything and even checked out the whole system for us. Very pleased with this company!

  The technician was honest & he gave plenty of knowledge about what not to do in the the near future if we have any issues. I appreciated the knowledge he did share & how honest he was about everything. He didn't hold back & he just laid everything out on the table as far as the situation goes. I just want to send another thank you to the technician Ryan for being the professional that he is.

  We received an alert while out of town that our thermostat was reading a higher than expected temperature. We immediately called A+ Derr and since it was one of the hottest days on record we expected quite the wait. To our surprise Justin M. was able to make it out to assess the situation. He quickly diagnosed as a bad capacitor and fixed on the spot. We arrived home to our house already on its way back to a comfortable temp! Thanks Justin M.!

  A+ Derr came to my home and looked at my hot water heater. My hot water heater over 20 years old. They were able to give me an estimate. They were not pushy and did not try to sell me on their most expensive products/work. They were professional and courteous. I asked for some time to think about it. They gave me their number. When I do decide to update my hot water heater, A+ Derr is who I will be choosing.
