  We were having issues with the tankless hot water heater in the cottage we bought last fall. Bad news is that we needed a new one. Good news is that we called Church. They were out the next day and had the new one installed in just a few days, which was important because we live out of town. Tim and Greg (I don't recall the other gentleman's name) were AWESOME! Everything thoroughly explained, no surprises, and a definite upgrade. We're extremely glad we called them. You should, too.

  Called Sunday night and Gary came out the very next day. He explained everything and was very thorough. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. Not sure what common prices are for a capacitor, but I didn't feel pressured to buy something that wasn't needed at least. I feel like I received great service and highly recommend.

  Service tech was definitely not having a good day unless he's normally like that because was already upset prior to arrival and made it known! After replacing the capacitor was told fan was bad as well and was quoted a very high replacement of said fan. Turns out fan was absolutely fine just a breaker for the ac itself was tripped! Fan is absolutely fine and didn't need replacing yet was told it did! Definitely will not be using Church in the future nor will i recommend to anyone! I understand its hot out however thers a certain amount of professionalism one must conduct and Sales seems number 1 vs customer service!

  Our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year so far and were feeling pretty defeated when every business we called told us it would be a few days before they could get to us. Church was able to have someone at our house within 2 hours of our phone call and got our unit back up and running in no time! We are very appreciative of their response time and customer service. We are very satisfied with Kyle’s work today. Thank you!

  If I could rate a 0 I would. This place is way over priced. I waited over a month to speak with someone about the over pricing on my bill , also called them 3 x to try and speak to someone. Today I finally spoke to someone who actually got the message to the manager / owner , whom ever he was, he was rude and not willing to adjust the cost at all. Most people would avoid paying a bill , I kept calling to straighten it out. Go figure. A outdoor spicket replacement with no other work costing 512$ then acting like they did me a big favor with a 75$ coupon is Ludicrous! I do not suggest using this company unless you want to over pay.This repair was done in 10 minutes !
