The two men were very friendly and knew what to do right away. They fixed the switch, oiled the squeaky door, checked for any problems, and made sure everything worked the way I expect it to. Great service and I recommend 4T Door for any of your service issues.

Great team, everyone from the initial phone call to the guys that showed up for the service were friendly, thorough and great communicators. Joseph and his partner (sorry my bad for forgetting his name) got to work immediately and the professionalism showed. Everything was explained and even cost was discussed before I added in a couple requests for the other door. This is a very good company and great employees. They had done work for me previously (different team) Installing doors on a large outbuilding. Same positive impression, that is why I called them again.

Joe was on time, took the time to explain what he was doing. Showed how to maintain the garage door. The scheduling for the appointment was easy and convenient, Rachel was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend 4T door for any garage door needs.

We installed our own garage door and felt it needed a little adjusting to make sure it was functioning correctly. Joe from 4T came out within one day (could've came out the same day but my schedule didn't allow that) and was able to diagnose what needed adjusting, and fixed it for us.

My experience with 4T Door was exceptional, from start to finish. Before calling them, I had been quoted an exorbitant price from another garage door company to repair a torsion spring and rod issue, and I was concerned this was my only option. I called 4T the next day, and Andrea was kind, courteous, and able to get me on the schedule same-day. I also spoke with Scott, who was so helpful. He explained what 4T’s approach would be, and gave me a quote over the phone that was well under the other company’s lowest estimate. Joe came out earlier than scheduled, and was able to fix the problem in under an hour for an even better price than was originally estimated over the phone. He worked with integrity, incredible skill, and professional excellence. If you need anything addressed related to garage doors, don’t shop around. Call 4T!
