  This crew did AMAZING work! From the very first meetup, Terry was knowledgeable, patient, and above all else, honest. He took the time to walk the entire property with us, answered every single one of our questions fully, pointed out trouble spots, and offered creative solutions. The pricing was very fair-- they aren't the cheapest (but when making an investment of this size you truly pay for what you get), and on the flipside, their pricing came in well below some of the other big players in the industry. Their crew came in organized, managed traffic flow perfectly during construction, understood the assignment, and executed with great detail. Thanks to Pavement Maintenance Solutions our parking lot not only looks great, but it is safer because there are no more potholes or divots. In addition to this, they pitched the surface perfectly so that we now have perfect drainage for all water and runoff to head away from the building and towards the proper sewers... For the price I am so glad I got more than just a good looking parking lot-- But don't get me wrong it looks gorgeous too! I can not recommend this company enough, I would give 10 stars if I could. If you are considering getting asphalt or concrete work done, you owe it to yourself to meet with Pavement Maintenance Solutions!!

  Pavement Maintenance Solutions wasn’t the cheapest quote we received, but they were absolutely the right choice. The quality and craftsmanship were worth every penny, and the finished product turned out better than we could have imagined. A big reason for that was Omar and his crew. Omar was great to work with, and you could tell he took pride in making sure everything was done right. His entire crew was courteous, professional, hardworking, and paid attention to the little details that make a huge difference in the finished product. It’s refreshing to work with a crew that genuinely cares about the quality of their work. If you’re looking for the cheapest option, they may not be it—but if you want the job done right, I highly recommend Pavement Maintenance Solutions. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

  I am a contractor and called to see if they sell asphalt, but they are not an asphalt supplier. However, they do commercial parking lot repair and paving. The person who answered my call was very kind and helpful and guided me on where I can purchase asphalt. Thank you for being so helpful, Pavement Maintenance Solutions team.
