  I just want to thank Jimmy Holmes for coming to my house today and cleaning out my septic tank and getting me in his busy schedule to pump my septic tank! Everything was backed up. I had plumbing problems. He came as quickly as he could within a few hours. I am so thankful to him I highly recommend Holmes septic if you want a job done quickly, and efficiently!!!!   I called Jim Friday, May 29th at 3:30 p.m. in a desperate situation, after being stood up by the septic guy that was supposed to show up at 1:30. The other guy was declining our phone calls. Our septic was backed up. We couldn't shower, do laundry, flush toilets, and were heading into the weekend. Jim answered my call and had just arrived home after a long week, ready for a relaxing weekend. He was still in his truck in his driveway, but graciously offered to come out and do the job!! Words cannot describe the gratitude I felt for this gem of a man! He showed up in the blazing heat and saved us! This man truly cared and went above and beyond the call of duty (or doody, if you will). He allowed me to watch what he did, and film a video to show my husband, explaining every step. We had great conversation, and I learned that his son Jimmy is the number 1 Elvis tribute artist in the country! Jim showed me pictures of his son as Elvis, as well as videos. I cried because I was so moved. My Dad was a huge Elvis fan, and a singer in a band when I was growing up. When my Dad died in 2012, my son made a slideshow to be played at his funeral with Elvis singing "My Way". To watch the video with Jim of his son singing that same song was emotional and beautiful! My Dad's name was also Jim. Anyway, Holmes septic is the ONLY company I'll ever call if I have any septic issues in the future! Jim was thorough and he didn't charge me an arm and a leg. If you need an outstanding septic company, call Jim! If you're an Elvis fan, look up Jimmy Holmes music! Either way, you win! Thanks again, Jim!!! You're the BEST!!

  Jim was phenomenal. I had just gotten out of the hospital two days prior to his visit, I went to go use the bathroom and found out my septic tank was full and my only toilet wouldn’t flush. I called Jim up and he came out within an hour and got me up and going. I am definitely going to be using him going forward. Thank you for such a pleasant and easy experience Jim.

  Jim called back right away. Come out at exact time we set up. Extremely experienced. Plus, went way out of his way to help fix the problem. I would recommend them to everyone I know!!!! For what he did the price could not have been cheaper. So, very happy 😊
