  Andrew was able to get our water heater restarted for us after some flooding. We talked about possibilities for replacement since it is something we will need to consider down the line.

  In the midst of a thunderstorm and damaging wind rain I experienced a power outage lasting 42 hours and ground water was coming into the basement. I did not have generator or backup plan. I called Summer’s Plumbing if there was an option to remedy the situation. The person on the phone was pleasant, understanding, and helpful. A plan was put in place. A technician arrived within an hour of the phone call and an appointment set up to install a sump pump with battery back up when power was restored. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and answered our questions. The technician was on time for the installation and completed within 90 minutes. Numerous payment options were available when I called.

  Thank you for coming out and fixing my water heater. Days later we experienced severe storms. It’s comforting to take a hot shower with no power. The technician was professional under the conditions. I would sincerely recommend them for your hvac needs.

  We woke up this morning to our hot water pressure tank shooting water across the basement. A total disaster in a Saturday morning. We called Summer’s at 9:30am. By 12:00 noon, the new tank was installed including an inspection of both water heaters. Brian was amazing, professional, and prepared to fix the problem. We highly recommend Summer’s!!!

  Tech came to my house, told me my AC was super old. Then told me was going to send me a quote and see if I could get financing, which he did neither of those things. So I spent $100 for absolutely nothing and still have no AC at the end of July. Which I told them the exact year my condenser was made. So, probably the worst $100 I've ever spent in my life. Being 100% disabled army war vet, you'd think that this company would have at least done something, anything at all... if I could give 0 stars I would. Or when I told them what year my air conditioner was made they could have just told me on the phone that it was too old but now they'd rather rob me of $100 bill. So thanks for screwing me it felt very good.
