My mother purchased an AC unit and furnace and spent over $15,000 2 years ago. The AC now won’t work and called in the beginning of May to have someone come look at it. Told her they just needed to order a part. Following week she received a text stating to call them. They told her they would be by the next day from 8am-6pm. The driver would notify her when he would be on their way. No call no show. Wasted a day waiting for them. My mother has called them every week and they say the same thing we will come by but never show. Last week beginning of June a whole month later now stating the part has not come in. If she has another company come out and service it her warranty for 20 years will be obsolete. This AC is only 2 years old and she spent thousands of dollars. For it to stop working and not have someone come in fix it over a month open ticket. Don’t waste your time or money.

Let's start with the good; customer service is always friendly and every technician we've had, whether it's for plumbing or heating/cooling, has been great. Now the bad; spent close to $20k on a new HVAC system less than 12-months ago and we're now on our 2nd repair/service issue. They can't control issues with the system/hardware (it's an Amana product), but they should be able to control how they manage follow-ups. After the 1st issue I was told someone would call me to schedule an appt as soon as the part came in. Didn't hear anything for 2wks, decided to give them a call, and turns out the part had arrived. We're still in the midst of the 2nd issue, but the original appt was 4wks ago and I received a text last week indicating the part was just ordered. Now I'm sitting here waiting for dispatch to call me back because customer service can't see the status of part orders and I'd like to know when we can expect to get our system fixed (at least it's not 88° outside with a feels like of 98°).

Today we had our scheduled safety and comfort plan inspection. Your team member was on time and from the first handshake to the final "thank you" he was profesional, knowledgeable and polite. We have used many different services over the past 40 years. Worked with dozens of profesional workers (home repair / ect) and by far, your employee was one of the BEST. He was soo knowledgeable and willing to teach and provide tips to prevent future problems. He was very very polite. Summers is fortunate to have such a profesional team member. We will continue to only call on Summers for all of our hvac and related issues. Please take the time to recognize your employee and let him know how satisfied we our with him and the awsome service he provided. Thank You!!!

Go to Yelp for the real, un-monitor reviews. BEWARE. They have good reviews, but here is a breakdown of the one star. Would be negative one if possible. EDIT - They left trash behind. The bucket with all their unnecessary rebuild junk left next to the toilet. For those who have frustrations dealing with AI and auto-booking… they have an annoying robot who books appointments who cannot differentiate members from non-members. Took two phone calls and 6 minutes to connect to an actual human. The things meant to help are harming us. Pay people, not machines. Regarding machines, the plumber took a quick look and confirmed it was the fill value not doing the job. Something I told my mom I could fix easily with a part from ACE. He quoted $368 for a rebuild, which didn't need to be done. I replaced the flapper and chain about a 6 months prior. Not only is this an easy DYI fix with a $20 part, but he tossed the 6 month old flapper and chain. He tossed the work I just did. THIS DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE and it's insane to charge that much. It already costs members $69 to come out, and $368 is with the member discount. I am not the home owner, so I have no say so in approving the work. I have builder friends and my neighbor (HOA) agreed the price is insane. $437 to fix a $20 problem. This is 2026 and my mom is on a very limited fixed income. I spoke to Ben the manager, asked for a breakdown. If the up-charge was the parts or labor. He said there is no break down and that's what it costs. I could not have been more angry with these people. If you know nothing about plumbing, than learn. Because it ridiculous to be charged that much for something so easy to fix.

My experience with this company was very disappointing. I called them because my A/C was not cooling properly. After inspecting it, the technician told me the thermostat was bad. I specifically asked him, “What if I replace the thermostat and the problem still happens?” He confidently told me, “It won’t.” I replaced the thermostat with a brand new, but the exact same issue continued. When I called the company back, the technician finally tested another thermostat and proved the system was actually working with a different one. I told him that this was exactly why I had asked him earlier to verify it before assuming the thermostat was the issue. At that point, he wanted to charge me again for another diagnostic visit. The thermostat that solved the issue cost only $38, yet they expected me to pay around $260 more for the service. In my opinion, this company is extremely overpriced for the level of troubleshooting provided. No thanks!
