  The technicians are always very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We've had them out multiple times and their people are always great with dogs, if you have pets.

  Cole did an AMAZING job on our AC and Furnace. My husband and I were so impressed by how thorough he was and how hard he worked! His service alone made being enrolled in the Maintenance program absolutely worth it! Really appreciated his hard work and kind attitude! I absolutely recommend him!! Best experience we’ve had with Summers so far!!

  Tech was very friendly. But they price very high, and don't seem interested in finding affordable alternative plans. Needed a long-term HVAC company to fix a sm problem, not inclined to entertain them for business with that amount of markup

  Although I did not have Summers do the repair on my HVAC system they did send a repair tech due to some recent flooding in my basement. Incidentally I also requested a quote for a sump pit and system to prevent future flooding in the basement. Both individuals (Cole with HVAC and Sara with plumbing) were very professional and straightforward with reasonable quotes. The purpose of the 4 stars rather than the 5 stars is due to a failure of communication. I'm certain (after speaking with Corey the manager) this was a rare situation and he apologized profusely and made things right. Summers, in my honest opinion, isn't a company that I would write off completely. I would consider giving them another shot should the need arise.
