  Make sure you don't agree to have a service done unless you know the exact diagnosis. First the plumber called to see if I could meet earlier than our scheduled time. I had to change my work schedule to accommodate this schedule. Then he told me 9/10 times what he said was wrong is usually what was wrong. I asked him, what if that's not the problem. He insisted that what he said was the problem. I made the mistake of paying him before. Do not pay before the service. I would have been happy to pay for the diagnosis fee only without have him rip my plumbing apart and not being able to finish the job. Here is your sign to make sure what they say is wrong is actually what is wrong because some of us don't have another 800 to pay.

  Great Service! We just had a new HVAC installed today. They were very professional and considerate!! Only took one day to install. We would recommend them over and over again. They did a Great job!!!

  I had Reliable Comfort come and install a new Lennox heat pump. I am so pleased and happy on this new unit. Carl and Victoria came replaced my unit. They did a fantastic job! Great job you two! This unit is so much quieter and heats and cools quickly. I recommend Reliable Comfort. Thank you so much!
