    I met with Josh to get a quote to replace 36 windows with shatter/tamper-resistant windows. I left messages to Logan and Josh to update me with the status, but no one did, unfortunate. It has been four months, and I just called yesterday to check, same promises that will have Josh or Logan calling you.
