  Kristoff Richards replaced our water heater, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Work was finished way before expected. I called and he was here in about an hour. Highly recommend!!

  Greenwell Plumbing came to our residence at our request to look at an issue with water that seemed to be leaking from some pex tubing . Our technician was Kristoff and he offered advice and professional knowledge of what may have occurred. The issue was isolated to a leak in the clothes washer connector dripping from above and the water was actually coming from the washer leaking and not the water line in the basement which i though was leaking. He gave advice what to look for and answered all our questions as a consultation and did not charge for the visit. That is refreshing to see the integrity and assistance that we experienced.
